Hyunlix's honeymoon II

Day three into the honeymoon. Felix calls Seungmin to see how his babies were doing. It was early morning because of the time difference so it should be nap time for them over in Korea.

"Hey, Felix. What's up?"
"Just calling to check up on our kids. How are they?"

"Good. Everything is going well over here."
"Are they asleep?"

"They're about to be."
"Did you even read the schedule?"
"Of course I did.", he looks around for it.

He found Lily crumpling it. "Gasp! Lily no.", he whispered. After taking it away she starts crying.

"Seungmin, why is she crying?"
"Don't worry, Felix. She just uhm...lost her toy.", he gives the paper back so it'll calm her.

"Sigh. If they're not asleep, let me talk to Jinhyun."
"Uhm...he's not here."

Felix shot up. "What do you mean he's not there? Where is he?"

"He went with Changbin to get a mattress mat to sleep on. Call him."
"I intend to. You better be following that schedule.", he hangs up.

"Ugh. Why have a schedule in the first place? Ack! Lily! No eating the paper.", he takes it away again and grabs a wet piece that was in her mouth. "Are you teething? Your Eomma has something for that."

He looks through her bags to find a teething toy.

Meanwhile Changbin and Jinhyun went to different stores to find a mattress small enough to fit the little one. So far they were all too big. Jinhyun falls asleep in his stroller as the older pushes.

"Hello?", he picks up his phone after it rings.
"Changbin, let me talk to my son."

"Oh hey, Felix. How's the honeymoon? Having fun?"
"Where's Jinhyun?"

"He's with me. Not to worry. But he's sleeping."
"Are you home?"

"No."
"Sigh. Why not?", he starts to get frustrated.

"Well, I was looking for a mattress for him but I think he'll be fine on my bed or something. Heading home now. I promise you Felix that nothing will happen to your babies, ok? You have me looking after them."

"Hence why I called. Fine. I'll leave it to you then."
"Thank you. Go have fun with Hyunjin. He needs it. Bye!"

Changbin hangs up and heads back home to put Jinhyun in bed for a nap. When he gets home he notices Seungmin on the couch fast asleep with Lily lying on his chest.

"Ooh. Gotta snap a picture." He holds Jinhyun with one hand so he can take a photo with the other.

He'll definitely tease Seungmin about it later.

Hyunjin and Felix take a tour of the city, visiting all the popular sites and taking couples photos. They rest and eat at a restaurant in the Eiffel Tower called Jules Verne where you can over look the city.

"Having fun, love?", asks Hyunjin.
"Very much. This is so amazing, Hyun. How do you do it?"

"Anything for the best husband in the world.", he holds his hand.
"No you're the best. I'm pretty sure all this was expensive."

"I've been saving money separately for this occasion."
"Really? Did it take a while?"

"When we first started dating I thought to myself that you are for sure the man I would marry. We've had ups and downs but nothing made me stop thinking that way."

"Oh, hun. You're gonna make me cry.", he wipes his eyes with his napkin. "Sometimes I think I don't deserve you but I do. If you weren't around to save me, then who will?"

After their meal they went back to the hotel to take a bath in a tub that can fit four people. The bathroom had a view too which the blonde constantly looked at.

"Something on your mind?", Hyunjin swims towards him.
"Nope. Just enjoying the peace and quiet."

Back at Seungmin and Changbin's place Jinhyun was in the older's bedroom when he started crying. Changbin rushed to the scene and saw him sitting on the bed in tears.

"What's wrong, Jinny?"

The little one doesn't answer. As the older wipes his tears more kept coming. He sits him on his lap and rubbed his back in circles.

"What's the matter? You can tell uncle Binnie. You miss your Eomma and appa?"

Jinhyun nods.
"I bet they miss you and Lily too. I'll call them for you."

He face times Felix and in a few seconds he picks up.
"What is it? Did something happen?"

"Yeah. Your son misses you.", he turned the camera to Jinhyun.
"Mama!", he automatically lights up and touches the phone.

"There's my baby angel. Eomma misses you too."

"Is that gummy bear?", Hyunjin asked and gets in view of the camera. "Gasp! There he is!"

"Dada!", he laughs.
"That's new. You never called me that before. Where did that come from?"

"Mama."
"What?", he looks at Felix.

"It was a secret, Jinhyun. Are you being a good boy?"
"Yeah!"
"Where's your sister?"

Jinhyun takes the phone from Changbin and tries to get down from his lap then the older sets him on the floor. He runs his little legs to the living room and saw Seungmin feeding her in the kitchen.

"Here.", he lifts the phone to Seungmin.
"For me? Oh hi, Felix. Hyunjin.", he takes the phone.

"How's Lily doing?"
"She's fine. See?" She was holding her bottle with her baby hands while drinking.

"I knew my princess would do well.", Hyunjin told.
But before she wasn't.

Jinhyun makes grabby hands for the phone and Seungmin gives it back. He talks with them for longer. After they hanged up Hyunjin turns to the blonde.

"You've been trying to get him to call me daddy?"
"Maybe. Just for funzies."

"Why?"
"It's cute, isn't it? It didn't take that long actually. He's smart."

"I don't mind it. Especially when you call me that."
"I don't think I ever have."

"Once or twice."
"For me I think Hyun or hun suits you better."
