I walk out of the tunnel, a bottle of water at my lips as I turn to the left side, stopping walking. I look in the stands and can already see her, sitting with Rosa as she says something to her that Rosa then laughs at.

It feels like we're dating all over again. Although she was in Tenerife mostly, she would also be here so often, watching my matches. And if we played away in any places close to Tenerife, she was always there. The amount of times she travelled between Tenerife and Barcelona just to watch me play always made me feel a certain type of way.

And now, that she's here in the stands again, a Barcelona scarf around her neck, it feels like we're together all over again. I clear my throat as I run my hands over my face, get over it. I walk up to the railing and she smiles, seeing me and gets out of her seat, walking over.

"Good luck, Pepi." she says, grinning at the nickname as I laugh. She hugs me and I inhale her familiar scent. God, how much I have missed this. "You're gonna do great." she whispers in my ear and her voice so close to my ear sends shivers all down my body.

"Thank you, Lari." I say as we let go and I lean against the railing "If I score, I'll dedicate it to you. You're my lucky charm."

"Ah, I get a goal dedicated to me?" she asks, a wide smile on her lips.

"Well, I'm not sure, actually." I say, pretending to think. "You weren't very nice to me over text."

"I was very nice." she exclaims, gasping as I laugh.

"Sure." I roll my eyes as this time she laughs. I love that laugh with every part of me, I swear.

She turns to the side as someone else comes out of the tunnel and she smiles. I also turn and see Ferran.

I don't know what happened between them that one night last week but when I asked Ferran again, he told me once more that he just dropped her off home. I didn't question it any further than that.

"I didn't know you were coming?" Ferran says as he walks up to us and him and Lara hug as she kisses his cheek.

"I didn't know either." she says and looks at me.

"Last minute decision." I say and Ferran nods.

"Team meeting." he points at his wrist, I completely forgot about that. "I was told to come and get you."

"Okay, I'll be there soon." I say as he nods and starts walking away after Lara wishes him luck.

"You don't want to make dad Xavi mad." she jokes and I couldn't help the laugh that left my mouth.

"If you want me to go, just tell me." I joke as she smiles. "Don't sugarcoat it."

"I obviously don't want you to go, but footballer duties call." she says, hugging me again. "You better score for me, good luck." she whispers, kissing my cheek before letting go. I immediately feel weird without her touch.

"I'll try my hardest." I grin at her. She slaps my arm and I laugh as I start to walk away. "You better be celebrating when I do!"
