Third Person:
The morning light filtered through the cabin windows, casting a soft glow on everything. Rebecca woke up feeling a sense of warmth and comfort. As her mind slowly cleared from the haze of sleep, she realised something was different. Her hand was resting on Mr. Montgomery's bare chest, her head was nestled on his bicep, and her legs were intertwined with his. She was practically on top of him, snuggling.
"Oh my God," she thought, her heart racing, but she felt incredibly comfortable where she was. The warmth and steady rhythm of his heartbeat beneath her hand were soothing. She closed her eyes, deciding to ignore the situation for just a little longer.
A soft knock on the cabin door broke the silence. Rebecca ignored it, sinking deeper into the comfort she found in Mr. Montgomery's presence. She didn't want to move, enjoying the rare moment of peace.
But then there was another knock, louder this time, followed by the sound of someone rustling beneath her. Mr. Montgomery shifted slightly, stirring from his sleep. Rebecca groaned, not wanting the moment to end, and without thinking, she pushed him back down, her hand pressing against his chest to keep him still.
"Rebecca?" he mumbled, his voice thick with sleep and confusion.
"Shh," she murmured, snuggling closer, her eyes still closed. "Just a few more minutes."
He sighed, clearly bewildered but too tired to argue. The knocking continued, more insistent now, and Mr. Montgomery tried to sit up again.
"Rebecca, someone's at the door," he said, his voice more awake but still gentle.
"Five more minutes," she groaned, pushing him back down again, not realising the effect she was having on him. Her leg brushed against his in a way that made him freeze, and he took a deep breath, trying to maintain his composure.
"Rebecca," he said more firmly, his hand gently shaking her shoulder. "You need to get up. Someone's knocking."
Rebecca finally opened her eyes, blinking sleepily. She looked up at him, her face inches from his. "What!"
He gave her a half-amused, half-exasperated look. "You're practically on top of me, and someone's at the door."
Her eyes widened as she realised their position. She scrambled to get off him, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry!"
He chuckled softly, sitting up and running a hand through his tousled hair. "It's okay. Just... get the door."
Rebecca quickly straightened her clothes and ran her fingers through her hair, trying to look somewhat presentable. She opened the door to find one of the camp staff members standing there, looking slightly annoyed.
"Good morning," the woman said, her voice overly cheerful. "Breakfast is starting soon, and we wanted to make sure everyone was up and about."
Rebecca nodded, trying to hide her flustered state. "Thanks. We'll be there shortly."
The woman glanced inside the cabin, her eyes widening slightly when she saw Mr. Montgomery sitting on the bed. "Good morning, Mr. Montgomery," she said, her tone suddenly more flirtatious.
"Morning," he replied, giving her a polite but uninterested smile.
Rebecca closed the door quickly, feeling a surge of jealousy at the woman's obvious interest. She turned to find Mr. Montgomery watching her with a bemused expression.
"What?" she asked defensively.
"Nothing," he said, smirking. "Just enjoying the show."
She rolled her eyes, trying to hide her embarrassment. "Very funny. We should get ready for breakfast."
