Sensei Wu was meditating, when he was interrupted by Kai yelling, again.
“My turn. Uh, it’s my turn!” this was Kai yelling..
“No it’s not your turn. There are no ‘turns’ in combat!” what seemed to be Y/n yelling, “it’s only who hits and how misses!” she yelled back at Kai.
“Yeah? How about a little of this?” Kai yelled back in response.
“Monkey Paw to the face!” this time it was Jay. Sensei Wu quickly got up and put away his flute.
“Ninja Roll!” Jay continued, as Sensei Wu walked into the game room, to find no one.
“Dragon Punch!” It was Kai again.
Master Wu went outside, to the training arena, to see the ninja actually training.
“Ninja Go!” Kai yelled as he spun into spinjitzu, as he spared with Y/n.
Zane was meditating, when he jumped up, in front of Jay, distracting him.
“Hu?” Jay said.
Zane then flipped in front of Cole, taking the Scythe of Quakes to cut one of the training dummies in half.
“Hey!” Cole yelled in retaliation.
“Ninja Go!” Zane yelled as he also spun into spinjitzu, forming ice wherever he went. Witch ended up in Kai, and Y/n falling over.
“This roof isn’t big for five of us.” Kai said, getting up and walking over to Cole and Jay with Y/n.
“Correction, this roof isn’t big enough for him.” Cole said.
“It’s like he’s in his own world.” Jay said. “I bet he can't even hear us.” He said, with as much sarcasm as he could.
“Don’t be rude, Jay.” Y/n said.
“Sensei, Zanes wired.” Kai said to Sensei Wu.
“What did I just say? But they are right, Sensei.” Y/n said, throwing her arms in the ari.
“What is wired?” Sensei Wu asked. “Someone that is different, or someone who is different from you?”
“No, sensei, he’s ‘wired’ wired.” Cole said, reminding them of the time he was in the washroom, and Zane walked in, full well knowing he was in there, just to do his hair.
Then Jay chimed in, reminding them of when he, Nya, and Zane, were watching a sad romance, and all Zane did was laugh.
And Kai reminded them of when he found him in the fridge, in the middle of the night.
“Or now.” Y/n said, pointing to Zane getting wacked in the head while bowling to a training dummy.
“We like the guy, he’s smart. He’s just, uh, a little off sometimes.” Kai explained.
“Zane is your brother, and brothers are often different.” Sensei Wu explained, “I should kno…” Sensei Wu started, but was interrupted by the doorbell.
“Mail!” they all yelled, and ran to the door.
The mail man sighed before handing them their mail. “Lets see, a letter from Jay's parents. Hmm… Kai has a fan letter. Y/n has a letter from her brothers. Oh and, something from Cole's father.”
“What? No package?” Cole asked, “I’m expecting a package from Creatures Beasts and Beyond.” he explained.
“Umm… no, nothing from… Ah! Here it is.” the mail man said, handing him a small box.
“Ha! Rocky is going to love this.”Cole said, thanking the mailman, and running off.
“Thank you.” Y/n said, as the mailman started the long way back to Ninjago City.
“Hey, Zane! How come you never hear anything from your parents?” Jay asked.
“I don’t remember my parents. I’ve been an orphan all my life.” Zane said.
“You mean you've never had a home?” Jay asked, earning a slap in the back of the head from Y/n, as Zane shook his head.
“The monster is your home now.” Sensei Wu explained, as Zane walked away.

What do you think is up with Zane, is he wired because he’s never had a home? Or is it something else?
