Eden's Point Of View
Ever since our lunch on Saturday, I couldn't get Gianna off my mind if I tried. Everything about her burned into my head, her smile on a continuous loop. Our conversation made me want to know more about her, she seemed very down to earth, and from what Lily tells me she is a great teacher.
" Miss. Winslow, Miss. Graves is here for Lily's lesson," my assistant Valentina said coming in.
"You can send her to the conference room, " I said not bothering to look up from my desktop.
"Certainly," she said and left out my office.
I had 30 minutes before my meeting to discuss a merger and I did not want any distractions. But the most beautiful distraction of them all seemed to constantly replay in my mind.
The way her nose crinkles when she smiles, the way her hips sway when she walks. How she's the perfect shade of brown.
"Uhhm, can you print this thing out for me?" Her soft voice projected into my office finally pulling my eyes off my computer.
"Yeah just email it to me, "I told her, while my eyes openly scanned her appearance.
Today she wore a pair of purple checkered flared leggings and a black long-sleeve shirt. They both hugged her in all the right places, displaying her shape to me.
"Okay, " she smiled, and as she smiled her nose crinkled.
"I think I was wrong," I said making her head tilt and her eyebrows furrow.
"About what?" She asked coming completely into my office.
" I think you look even better in purple", As those words came out my mouth, a smile grew across her face and she turned away from me.
"Don't be shy love" I smirked.
"Eden I really need this worksheet printed, " she said trying to keep her composure.
"Here come print it, " I said rolling backward in my chair.
"Why can't you just do it?" She said shyly walking over to me.
"Am I making you nervous?" I asked watching her come closer.
"Just a little," she said standing next to me.
"Why is that love?" I asked her sliding my chair behind her.
" Eden you know what you're doing," she said griping onto my desk.
"Admiring how well of a teacher you are?" I smirked gazing at the entire back side of this woman.
"Eden" she took in a deep breath as my hand trailed her back. "I'm your niece's teacher," she said.
"I know you are..."I said watching as she shifted her weight from one leg to the other.
"Stop staring at my ass Eden," she said turning around.
"Okay I'll stop staring" I smirked which caused her to turn back around.
She continued emailing her worksheets to me so she could print them and I couldn't help but stare at her ass.
"Eden," she said turning to me.
"It's staring at me" I smirked.
"You're so corny" she laughed, she playfully rolled her eyes and got back to printing the sheets.
Once they were printed she left out and went back into the conference room. But the way she smelled, her smile, and her fucking laugh imprinted in my head.

My meeting concluded and the only thing I could think about was how Gianna was in the next room over helping my niece.
I walked out of the glass conference heading down the hall to my office. My steps came to a halt when I saw her and Lily working in the conference room.
She looked to be explaining something to Lily, and Lily was just looking at her confused. I watched them for a bit before her eyes found mine, she nervously turned back to Lily making me smile.
I left the two of them to work while I went back to my office to finish working. But I couldn't get any work done knowing she was less than 50 feet away.
Pushing all my thoughts about her to the back of my mind so that I could get my work done. I didn't want to be here all night for the 3rd time this week.
Within 2 hours I finished the work I needed to complete and Lily was coming in with Gianna. Her sandals clicked against my light wood floors.
"How did it go?" I said looking over to Lily.
"It was fine," Lily said going to sit on my black couch in the corner.
"No interruptions?" My eyebrows raised, and suddenly my attention turned to Gianna.
"None, I think this could work," she said.
"Good, so same time tomorrow?" I asked her.
"It might have to be a little later. I have a conference with the principal about the upcoming testing" She said fiddling with her fingers.
"Am I making you nervous Gianna?" My head tilted, taking her sudden anxiousness.
"Well, I just didn't want to get you upset about me coming l-"
"I know you wouldn't be late unless you absolutely needed to be, so it's fine. Just let me know if you can't make it" I cut her off.
"Y-yeah of course," she said, and it wasn't hard to miss how her body tensed.
"Stop being so nervous, "I said standing up.
"I'm sorry, I'll stop," she said and I couldn't help but smile at her.
"Let me walk you out," I said rounding my desk so we could head out.
" You don't have to, I know where I'm going" she shook her head.
"It's common courtesy Gianna," I said placing my hand on her lower back to guide her out of my office.
"Oh okay," she said letting the breath she had been holding go.
I walked out of my office with Gianna trailing behind me, It wasn't hard to tell that she was nervous. I don't know what about me made her so nervous but I was going to figure it out.
Soon we made it to the lobby of my building where I led her to the elevators pressing the down button for her, she turned to me and smiled slightly; her nose crinkling.
"Good Night Eden," She said stepping into the elevator.
"Good Night Gianna," I smiled before the elevator doors closed.
I sighed, feeling this feeling deep down. One I hadn't felt in a very long time- did I have a crush on my niece's teacher?
