Chapter Thirty Five

Gianna's Point Of View

"Finally, school is over," Lily sighed, standing from her desk.

I watched her fluffy curls bounce as she skipped over to me. Giggling slightly and toothlessly grinning at me.

Today was an early release since the charity event is tomorrow, and my kids have been crazy. I was glad to get the day over, especially since I was going to get my hair and nails done.

My classroom door unlocked, and Eden walked in dressed in a black dress that hugged her body and stopped at her calves.

She wore her usual jewelry and had her hair straightened down her back. Her dark eyes landed on me, easily heating my body.

"Lovieee!" Lily gasped, running over to Eden. She pulled Eden into a hug, burying her face into Eden's stomach.

Eden's face softened as she looked down at Lily, her hand gently resting on the girl's head. "Hey there, sweetheart," she murmured, her voice warm and soothing. She ran her fingers through Lily's curls. "How was school today, Bee?" she asked, brushing Lily's curls out of her face.

"It was so good. Gigi, Let us make slime," Lily replied, smiling at Eden.

Eden chuckled softly, her eyes twinkling with amusement. "Slime, huh? That sounds like a lot of fun. Did you make a big mess?"

Lily giggled, nodding enthusiastically. "Yeah, but Gigi said it was okay because we were being creative."

Eden glanced up at me, a knowing smile playing on her lips. "Sounds like you had quite the day, too."

I shrugged, feeling a bit of the day's stress melt away. "It was a bit chaotic, but seeing the kids so happy made it worth it."

Eden straightened up, still holding Lily's hand. "Well, I need to get back to the office for my meeting and I nee-"

Her voice trailed off as I stood from my desk. Her dark eyes fell on my body, openly trailing over my appearance.

Eden's gaze lingered, her eyes tracing the curves of my body. The heat rushed to my cheeks, and a familiar warmth swirled in my stomach. "A little tight, don't you think?" She asked, meeting my gaze.

I wore a ribbed round neck dress with an olive green sweater and black sandals. It was just something I threw on this morning cause I knew I was getting my toes done after work.

I felt the heat in my cheeks burn deeper as Eden's gaze remained on me. Her eyes burned into mine, waiting for me to respond.

My voice came out breathier than I intended, as I was trying to hide how flustered she easily makes me."It's comfortable," I said, walking around my desk after grabbing my purse.

Her eyebrows raised, "comfortable?" She repeated with a smirk growing over her face. She held my gaze as I rounded my desk, "and easy to take off?"

Her voice was low to where only I could hear it, and it quickly sent my mind into an explicit spiral. I felt my breath hitch in my throat when her warm hands trailed my back, landing on my ass. "Something like that," My voice came out breather than expected.

Eden smiled, revealing her perfect white teeth. "I have a meeting, but I just wanted to see you, " she said, pulling me into her. Her warm, minty breath fanned over my ear as she said, "I would love to see all of you tonight."

My cheeks heated further, and my legs felt weak. "After my appointments?" I asked, pulling back to meet her eyes.

"I have another meeting at Amethyst tonight, but I'm all yours after."
