The questionable double agent

Sophie and keefe had ran off to who knows wear. Which meant one of them was probably in mortal danger.

On the bright side Sophie got up! Which I was honestly staring to doubt, but thankfully Edaline came. And sewed her back together-literally. Like with a sewing needle thingy. Talk about gross!

Anyway I had just finished tying up that stupid Fintan who had somehow managed to escape his icy prison. When suddenly  this other neverseen member jumps me-well tries to jump me.

I used my  fire to burn his hood and Cape leaving his face exposed. I didn't know him but biana seemed too because she gasped and tackled him to the ground. Punching his face with a sucker punch.

"Gethen?

The guy who's name appeared to be gethen just shrugged and grinned. "Surprised to see me?"

"Yes. Rayani said she told you not to come."

"First of all she of all people should know that a mission like this isn't one you can just pass on. And secondly, when did she tell you her real name?"

"She told us when she realized we could be trusted." I replied with a little more snark in my tone that I anticipated.

"Or was she forced to?"

"She wasn't forced! She did it with her own free will." Biana Answered.

"Really? Because from what she told me, she's locked up with a bunch of guards."

"She-  gethen cut me off. "That doesn't sound like free will to me."

I stayed silent and to my disappointment biana did too.

"Now that I've officially won that argument, where's the moonlark?"

"She's somewhere with keefe doing something that is none of your business." Biana said getting up and brushing herself off as I finished tying him up.

"With keefe? She tends to be with that guy a lot doesn't she?"

"Yes, their dating. Why wouldn't they spend a lot of time together?"

"No reason, no reason at all. I just have one last question. Do you truly believe that he cares for her?"

I narrowed my eyes slightly at his weird behaviour. "Why would you care."

"I don't. Your just being highly suspicious of me because I'm part of a group that is on the opposing side of your group. Which is fair.

"Shut it gethen" biana thankfully interrupted. His rambling was starting to tick me off. So I pushed him next to where I had tied up Fintan.

He ended up landing with his stomach on the ground and since his arms and legs were tied he had to do a bunch of strange wiggly movements to position himself in a sitting position.

I laughed as he glared and grumbled about how he hated this all. Even Fintan was trying not to laugh.

"What's so funny?" Keefe asked as him and Sophie walked hand in hand as Keefe helped support Sophie as she walked.

She looked- seriously messed up, fresh tears soaked her face and she still had dried up blood and bruises from her fight with Red.

"Is that Gethen?" Sophie asked quietly massaging her temple with her free hand.

"Why hello moonlark!" Gethen shouted trying and failing to wave since he was still tied up.

Sophie raised an eyebrow at me, I shrugged.
