He and she

Just an hour before my shift ended I received an emergency call. The front desk murmuring about the General is on the lobby looking for me. As the protocol we had to do our office hours done before leaving, it's not the emergency they say, we will meet here as what we decide for a prenatal as he asks to be here with me though I told him it's not necessarily since I work here but he insisted now they fuzz of him being here.

He said his wife is a Doctor and he insisted to wait on the lobby, General William Huang is here how can the information desk be calm when everyone is panicking.

"Who is his wife?" Doctor Dang ask. Out of curiosity she asked us on the table.

Jared chuckled as his eye's pointing me.

"No way!" The shock of her eyes, she didn't even doubt of me being married. Will she's has the right it doubted me. I never dated either. That's the shameful truth.

"She changed her name tag to Doctor Huang so I believe you are his wife." Says, Doctor Lu. He looks so busy on his tablet and yet he joined our conversation which is rare this days. These few days he looks so grumpy.

Our shift is almost ended so we are here now on our tables as we speak.

I couldn't say more but to nod my head.

"Holly Molly I thought your a virgin." Her voice is loud that even some nurses who pass look at our directions. I close my eyes for her naughtiness. Gosh!

Everyone laughed including me to ease my shyness.

No one thought of me being married of course it has been a while and been kept.

I continued my report trying to ignore them as i check my wrist ,there is 20 minutes left, the phones ring again.

Doctor Dang answered. She answered sweetly.

"Yes speaking how may I help you?" She sounds too fragile on the line which very far from her personality.

"This is the front desk lobby Tuk Hang, can i speak to Doctor Huang? the General Hospital manager is here and said she can go out now." He said carefully a little panicked in his voice.

"Holy Shit it's real you're married, oh my G Doctor Ang how did you do that, freaking so fast ahhhhh!" her high pitch voice echoed my ears as I covered. "Tell me, tell me I want to know, I want to get married too I'm 32 for god sake!" She looks so curious at me. Oh no, how to answer to that.

I nodded and walked towards Doctor Lu as I passed my report to him. "I don't know either, it's just happened.." I say shyly like there is nothing to discuss, the truth is I don't know how to say about my marriage it's just happened maybe that should be the right to words to say.

"Ahhhhhhh! He is so handsome Doctor Ang I mean Doctor Huang he is so yummy oh my G! Now I get it why you ditch us on our Friday night out." She pouted her lips at me, I giggle at her. She's matured and yet so childish sometimes. There is no dull moment talking to her that's I like about her.

"I'm so happy for you Doctor." As she hugged me friendly.

"Leave her alone, come," As Doctor Lu hold her as they walk outside.

She followed and tried to get off his hold. "Where we going?"

"To the City Hall and register our certificate." Her eyes widen.

"Fucking No!!!" She shouted. They look at each other.

"Check to RM 143, an- and Don't come to work where your not sober Doctor Dang I won't tolerate you next time and for your agenda of finding a man why don't you open your eyes infront of you." Doctor Dang left surprised.
Doctor Lu continued to walk as doctor Dang left hanging, later on she followed him.
