Chapter 8: You're Human now?

You woke up, having been moved to an actual bed- you were in your own fortunately but you body felt different, it was bigger and stronger but you also felt a great hunger in your stomach that could've eaten you inside out. You began to walk out your tent, looking around as the adventurers had been sent off already with new gear and you didn't get to say goodbye- Rigurd spotted you awake and ran over since everyone has been worried.

Rigurd: " My Lord, I'm so glad you're awake- we've been worried sick about you since we found you passed out in the forest "

You: " Oh uh, sorry for worrying you all "

Rigurd: " It's no problem but you should prepare yourself for a big shock, Lord Rimuru and Lady Kaya don't look the same as they use to when you saw them last "

You were confused before a voice in the back of your head spoke, it was gruff and stern- an air of sophistication about it when it spoke to you and though it seemed pompous and estranged- it still spoke to you professionally and formally like it was adressing you as a king

Voice of Reason: " I believe my lord, that the one you know as Kaya has evolved along side you based on your closeness in terms of bond "

Voice of Curiosity: " Maybe Rimuru evolved too?! "

The second voice was child like- the gender unidentifiable but it didn't matter as you heard running towards you which made you snap from your daze and look out towards the noise as you see what Rigurd meant when he said Kaya had changed- she had grown taller, much more muscular and seemed more threatening than ever- the wolves grew aswell, their fur seemed sharper like blades and they were much larger.

Kaya: " (Y/n) my lord! It is great to see you walking again! "

You: " Yeah, I see you all evolved along side me "

Kaya: " Yes my lord, all wolves can now take human form to become your own personal army- we live to serve you! "

The wolves howled before exploding in smoke and transforming into humans before your eyes- each one was unique and wonderful looking, like beastmen and copying Kaya's style of tribal outfit.
