Dear Diary
As my interaction with Hawks time passed, it felt like an eternity. All I could think about was whether I had passed or not. However, my thoughts were abruptly interrupted when Rose entered the room and dragged me to come downstairs. I was taken aback to find everyone gathered around the couch. Confusion clouded my mind until a hologram appeared before us. And there it was, the answer I had been anxiously awaiting—I had passed! To my astonishment, I had secured the highest position, far higher than my expectations. Ragdoll couldn't contain her excitement and pulled me into a tight hug, joined by the gleeful cheers of the others. Tiger, beaming with pride, declared, "I told you that you would pass, Sage!" Even Fang, emitted a contented meow, which we all interpreted as sheer happiness.
Amidst the joy, Mandalay posed a question, breaking the celebratory atmosphere. "So, Sage, how much of your quirk did you actually use?" I muttered in response, "I actually managed to control my emotions pretty well." Ragdoll's inquisitive nature led her to ask, "Was it when you helped that kid?" I nodded in confirmation. Mandalay's expression turned concerned as she advised, "We're glad you saved someone, but you must be cautious about revealing your full potential to others." Her words carried a hint of worry, emphasising the need for discretion.
" Even still Mandalay, Are you seriously telling us that you made it into UA's top 10 without even using your full power?" Ragdoll chimed in, her face beaming with pride.
The kids joined in the excitement, cheering enthusiastically. Mandalay's doubtful expression quickly transformed into happiness, "Sage, that's incredible! Now, you should let your mother design the perfect hero outfit for you, especially since you'll be a part of the Wild Wild Pussycats one day!" Pixie Bob cheered along, emphasising the significance of the achievement.
"Ah, but there's one condition, Mother," I playfully interjected, a mischievous giggle escaping my lips. "You have to let me contribute a little in designing it. Let me add some uniqueness to it, at least for now." The idea of having a touch of personalisation excited me. "Oh, my little ones are growing up too fast," Tiger exclaimed with a hint of sadness, prompting a sob to escape his throat. Fang, sensing the emotions in the room, leaped onto his lap and cuddled into him. I followed behind, wrapping my arms around him, embracing him in a heartfelt hug.
After that day, I had to move into a shared accommodation with some student's from UA, this way I wasn't travelling too long during the Uni days. While I will miss seeing everyone and Fang. I knew it was for the best.
"This is your stop," Pixie chimed, bringing an end to our journey. With a cheerful disposition, I stepped out of the vehicle and waved her goodbye. As I made my way towards the accommodation doors. It revealed a nice hallway, with boxes towered from the other student's that had arrived.
