Dear Diary
I turned to Todoroki, my eyes firm and pleading, hoping he'd understand. Like magic, he responded, "Aren't we all trying to become heroes ourselves?" A small smile rested on his face as he nodded at me, a silent agreement that we couldn't just stand by. "Exactly," I said, feeling a surge of determination. "We've faced challenges before, and we've come out stronger. We can't just sit and do nothing."
Midoriya, picking up on the momentum, added, "We need to find a way to help. We can't let fear hold us back." Momo stuttered, "Well, yes, but we are not allowed to work as heroes. You guys know that." Todoroki looked at his hand and stated calmly yet sternly, "Does that mean it's right for us to do nothing at all?"
"Well... it's complicated," Momo muttered. I seized the opportunity, looking up to Iida in the silence. "Iida, please, I want to help," I stated, my heart already set on what I wanted to do. Midoriya chimed in, "I want to help too."
"Really, Deku?" Ochako asked, as Midoriya nodded towards me, explaining, "I want to save them." Monoma screamed out, "You want to go fight those villains? Didn't you learn anything from the USJ?"
I scoffed. "Since when were you a coward, Monoma?" I mocked, half-jokingly, half-seriously. He looked towards me, flustered. "What? No, I just—" I put a finger to my lips. "This is totally different. We don't have to fight them. We just need to find a way to rescue All Might and the other heroes," Midoriya spoke up.
Denki questioned, "Well, that's easy to say, but how do you know it's that simple?"
I turned my head down to Kaminari. "If you guys seriously don't want to try, don't try and stop the ones who do. Okay? We can try to find the best course of action and keep these villains from winning. We can save everyone," I stated calmly but surprisingly coldly, catching everyone's attention. Ochako looked up at me, her eyes soft, as she turned from Midoriya.
"Are you sure?" she asked. I nodded firmly, then made eye contact with Midoriya, as Melissa spoke up. "I know where the security system is. It's on the top floor of this tower. If these criminals managed to take control of it, then all the authentication locks have probably been disabled," she explained.
"Sure, but how do we stay under the radar for that long?" Jiro questioned. Melissa responded, "The security system hasn't discovered us yet. That means the villains probably don't know how it works very well."
Todoroki understood, speaking up, "So we don't fight anyone, and we try to get the place back to normal." Everyone started smiling as they agreed to go for the plan. Seeing everyone ready really put a smile on my face. Everyone jumped up eagerly. "Sage, I'll go with you too," Todoroki chimed in.
