Look all jokes aside mental health is a serious problem, I've been through ups and downs while writing and it shows a lot in some cases, I have written so many drafts that express my thoughts but I end up erasing them due to it not being related but as I said I made an attempt at my own life so i guess this where I put my foot down and say if you need help get it - Jeoe
