The lighting can be manipulated in any way but is most effective through one's weapon more specifically a sword.

Origin: Cri is the heir to the throne of the yumiko clan who run the organization the crimson dragon. His father Xeno Yumiko is harsh but only in the sense of being a leader. Xeno is compassionate and understands his son's wishes but can't help but to feel betrayed by his son going off to become a huntsman.
