Unforeseen consequences

In the forests of anima was a small gas station named "Just Rite", Yang and Coda had pulled in so they could refuel bumblebee. Coda stayed outside by the pump while Yang went inside for a drink of water. She sat on a barstool placed next to the counter and the bartender cleaned a glass as he looked at her with an eyebrow raised.

Bartender: Aren't you a little young to be drinking?

Yang takes off her sunglasses

Yang: A water, it's hot out

Bartender: Oh... Sure

A man is heard laughing, Yang looks to her left and sees a man in a grey shirt with a leather jacket and blond hair, It wasn't clear if he was drunk or just out of his mind but clearly yang wasnt buying what he was selling.

Man: Your telling me YOUR too young to be drinking, You look like a regular huntress and a beauty at that

Yang lifts up her arm and shows him her wedding ring

Yang: Sorry pal i'm taken...

Man: Well your husband's lucky, Look at you... Not too bulky, Not to lean your-

Yang: Yeah, I'm just right For My Husband. So like i said i think you should back off

The man reaches for yang's shoulder

Man: Well your hubbie doesnt have to know~

The door is heard swinging open and heavy footsteps are heard, Yang smirks as she and the man both look at the door looking at a not so pleased Coda

Coda: Hey asshole, i don't think my ears are fine tuned but i think i heard her saying that she was married

Man: Don't stick your nose where it don't belong hotshot

Coda shows him his wedding ring.

Coda: I think my nose belongs here meth face

Coda grabs the man and punches him several times before throwing him out the gas station with one of his teeth flying out in the process. Coda dusts himself off and walks over to the counter.

Coda: Rum and Coke, heavy on the coke

The bartender nods as he hands Yang her water

Bartender: It's on the house, that guys been driving me crazy

The bartender goes to make Coda his drink while he makes it, he decides to pick up some small talk.

Bartender: So what bring you two around these parts, My guess is a honey since you guys are flaunting the ring like it's a white flag

Yang drinks her water while coda leans over onto the counter.

Coda: We're just out here looking for someone

Bartender: Not that many people are out here, only person worth interest around here is Rav-

Yang: Raven Branwen...

The bartender drops Coda's glass right as he hears those words, Coda rolls his eyes in disappointment while Yang gets up to walk out, Coda goes to follow her.

Bartender: Hey! If you guys value your relationship i dont think you guys should go around messing with bandits, they're a world of trouble

Coda: Yeah and i'm a world of "i dont give a shit" so it balances out down the line

They walk out to get back on bumblebee then the man that coda fought got up from the ground.

Man: Hey

Coda points his gauntlet right at the man's head

Coda: I'll shoot you where you stand

Man: I just want to help, i heard your looking for someone
