Liv
I don't know how to explain this feeling. But. I feel like POOP. Like I feel gross and my body is just draining. Hanging off while I'm filling up with nasty leftover crap. And on top of that. The only reason I feel like that is because an attack happen the other day at Alpha Stan's place.
Of course I can't help the feeling that it's all my fault. Alpha Baker and Bri teamed up with some witch to get back at me. To kill me, and it practically almost did.
Thankfully my mate and brother rescued me fast enough to get me treated. Which was bad, I know. But hey. I'm home now and all the wolves bites have gone away. Symptoms? Kinda. Bites or nay infected? Gone.
I just had to get check up with Dr. Sirona. Who runs all the tests again.
"Well, looking at you, Luna, you seem fine. Healthy even."
"That's because I am fine. I'm all heal up." After a few hours, yes.
"Well, let's thank Goddess we now know the results of wolf bites." She concludes.
Travis stays at my side and holds my waist near death grip. "Yes, thank Goddess. We don't know what we'll do if our bites were deadly to you."
I shove his hand away. I feel like a baby when they talk around me. I knew how bad it could of been. But I saw no choice at the time. I put myself out there as bait. I just didn't know I was a prize until later. "I told you I'll be fine. One bite can't kill a hybrid."
"One bite!" Travis snap.
Before he can rip my head the doctor jumps in. "Well, yes. By the labs it shows one bite can't. But with the amount you had it did at least put you in near coma. Which is why it took you awhile to awake at first. And all the symptoms are the same. Healing has done its work and I see no strain, so I will at least clear you for active-"
I sat upright to the news. "See I'm good-"
"Tomorrow." Dr. Sirona finish. My eyes snap and I knew the boys were happy I'm not clear right away. They'll just baby me more now.
"Luna, I do want to make sure you don't get any flare ups. And with the large amount of dose you had to take to cleanse the evil the witch had on you.."
"Doc it wasn't evil. It was just a strong spell she somehow put on me. Probably used Bri. She wanted to get inside my head. But we stopped it on time." I explain.
The doctor nod. "I see." She walks off and goes to her fridge to take something out. "With nurse Connie's orders, and with my approval. We agreed that you take one more dose to ensure it is all gone. Along with rest, and a well nutrient meals through out the day. You can snack on a blood bag if you feel needed. Otherwise, you need to take it easy and regain your strength." She says. I see her face and chose to not argue forth with her care.
"See I told you, baby. One day isn't gonna start a war."
I un-pouted my lips and try to pay respectful to the doctor's orders. "Fine. Can I go now?"
The doctor nod. And as I push off the the exam table I almost fall. Travis catches me and I quickly straighten myself up.
"Hold on, you are not okay?" Trying to pull me back onto the exam table, I slap his hands away. Not needing a babysitter.
"How do you feel right now, Luna? Are you ill?" Dr. Sirona takes my other side. I see she flinch to touch me.
I shake the feeling off and push them away from me. Hovering wasn't gonna make it better. "I'm fine I said. I just slipped."
