"Papá! Papá! I missed you! Wake up!" I heard Bay excitedly shout in my ear. It was the next morning and I was still half asleep but I smiled anyway as my eyes slowly fluttered open only to groan a few seconds later from my two daughters jumping on my body.

"Be careful girls." Jordan lightly scolded them with a small chuckle.

I sat up against the headboard and immediately pulled my daughters on my lap and kissed both of their foreheads. "I missed you both so much." I voiced as I held them close. Bay returned my kiss and kissed my forehead back. What was unexpected was when Bellamy laid her head against my heart and closed her eyes. I could almost cry from her choice of display of affection.

While Bella was still laying on my chest, Bay pulled my head to face hers. She held a very serious but also very adorable facial expression as she looked at me. "Papá, you can't leave anymore. You have to stay home with us forever." She spoke firmly with a bit of worry in her voice.

I looked at Jordan for confirmation first before I said anything that might compromise our relationship. Luckily, Jordan simply nodded her head at me before I turned to face my daughter again.

"I'm staying home, my principessa [princess]." I reassured her before I looked towards Jordan again, only to see a small smile on her face.

"How would you feel about going out to eat for breakfast this morning?" I asked Jordan.

"Sounds good to me." She shrugged her shoulders. "Girls, why don't you freshen up in the bathroom and then I'll help you get dressed afterwards?" Jordan suggested.

"Okay, but mamá....?" Bay said, instantly grabbing her attention.

"Yes, love?" Jordan responded with curious eyes.

Bay looked down as she played with her fingers with a nervous expression written on her face. Jordan and I looked concerned at her sudden switch in her demeanor. "What is it, Bay? Is something wrong?" I asked her as I rubbed her back whilst she was still sitting on lap facing Jordan.

"Can I pick out my own outfit today?" She looked up at her mamá.

Jordan simply gave her a kind smile, "Of course, love. You don't have to be nervous asking me about anything that has to do with trying to express yourself. Bella, would you like to pick your own outfit out as well?" She asked the other twin.

Bella nodded her head.

"Alright then, you two go potty, wash your hands, brush your teeth, and clean your face with a washcloth. Bay your washcloth is the pink one and Bella yours is the green one." She instructed them with a motherly tone.

Bella and Bay got off my lap and ran to their shared bathroom, obeying their mother's instructions.

"Are those their favorite colors?" I asked Jordan with raised eyebrows.
