Today's finally the day—the day I get to meet my daughters, my princesses.

I spoke to my parents yesterday about finding my girls and they're nothing but excited to meet them as well, especially mia madre [my mother] but I told them that they would have to wait. I want the girls to be comfortable around me first before they meet my parents let alone my extended family. It's crazy because I love them already and it's like they've melted part of my cold heart yet I haven't even met them yet.

Before I made my way to the park, I figured I would get them a few gifts before I did. I went to a jewelry store called Amato's Gioielli [Jewels] and got two stunning diamond necklaces that contained a few butterfly charms that only cost a couple million each. I ended up picking silver for both, the diamonds shined better in the sun.

"Grazie, Zio Elio [Thank you, Uncle Elio]." I said to the jeweler with olive skin and dark brown hair that held highlights of gray. I've known this man since I was a young boy. He used to be my fathers second in command when he was the Don but he retired when I took over and he built an empire, selling expensive ass jewelry. Now he and his wife, Bianca run this high-end jewelry store together.

"In qualsiasi momento nipote, ora vai a conoscere le tue bellissime figlie [Anytime Nephew, now go meet your daughters]." He winked as he smiled big, his crows feet visible. Your probably wondering how he knows about my daughters already and it's simply because in the mafia world word gets around quickly, especially if your my mother, who is really excited about having two more grandkids added to her plate.

I beamed for the first time in a long time in front of anyone connected to the mafia. If you know me, you know I never smile in front of anyone, not even my family. Simply because it helps me stay in control of everything, especially my emotions. I don't want anyone to catch me slipping, so my face always stays neutral, well at least it did until I found out about Bellamy and Bay. I've been smiling ever since I met their mother in that coffee shop.

Uncle Elio's face turned shocked at seeing me smile but quickly hid it. "Don't have to tell me twice." I laughed as I practically skipped out of the shop, almost looking like a crackhead who's finally had their fix after so long.
