Chapter 35 (Last Chapter)

"You are forever the muse of my mind, and the artwork itself that resides in my heart."

I was feeling limitless happiness and contentment as I held my beloved's warm hand. Davin and I stroll comfortably on the seamless beach, bathed by an idyllic sea breeze that gives a romantic flair to our precious time together.

He's here beside me once more. We've reunited after so long apart, and the longing I felt for this moment is finally fulfilled. How much I longed for this day, and now... together, we have made it. I was always feeling that there was something missing, even when the times we aren't together, I feel like there's still a part of me that was missing.

And now, to answer those missing parts, as soon as he kissed me, ease and contentment are all I felt. I felt complete.

His earlier words sent me soaring to cloud nine. Kakaiba, nakakakilig, dinadala ako nito sa langit... at wala akong reklamo roon.

"Saan na tayo pupunta?"

We continued to walk on the beach sand because we're on our way to where I was earlier. I'm going to introduce this dummy to my friends.

"Sa mga kaibigan ko. I'll let you meet them," I said simply. "I bet they're going to be shocked when they see you."

"Bakit naman? Teka nga, tignan mo nga hitsura ko. Okay lang ba? 'Yong mata ko para bang kinagat ng ipis?" dali-dali niyang saad kaya ako nakangiting humarap sa kanya.

Natawa ako nang mahina habang pinagmamasdan ang mukha niya bago siya sagutin. "No, Davin. You look fine, and uh..." I unbuttoned his blue slong sleeve dress shirt.

"Woy, bakit mo ako hinuhubaran?!" gulat niyang tanong.

"Dummy! You're at the beach!" Tinampal ko nang mahina ang dibdib niya. "Alam mo bang sikat na sikat ka, hindi ka lang aware? Malamang pagkakaguluhan ka ng mga kasama ko mamaya."

His mouth formed an o as he answered, "Talaga? What's with your frown then? Nagseselos ka?" mapang-asar niyang tanong.

"No!"

He nodded in response and let me do what I wanted to do. I completely unbuttoned his top now. Edi ngayon naka-expose na ang defined chest and abs niya. I quickly looked away as I pulled him to walk and proceeded to make our way to my friends.

Magkahawak-kamay lang kami buong minuto. It didn't take us long to arrive. Halos kabahan ako at manlamig ang aking palad nang marinig ko na ang ingay ng mga kaibigan ko roon.

The sun has now set, casting a gentle darkness over the surroundings. The whole area is now adorned with lights hanging from the trees and cottages, creating an aesthetic atmosphere.

"Oh my God! No way!"

Leonti and Sasha gasped for air soon as Davin and I arrived. They all turned their head and looked at us in chorus. Napatakip ng bibig si Finnley at namimilog ang kanyang mga mata.

I tightened my grip on Davin's hand, obviously feeling nervous.

"H-Hey, guys. He's Davin..." I started slowly. Mas lalo tuloy silang suminghap, gulat na gulat. "And yeah, he's the DLV from the Philippines," I introduced proudly because, to begin with, Davin deserves all the recognition.

"The DLV?! Oh my gosh! This is crazy! You're not real, are you?!" hindi makapaniwalang saad ni Leonti.

He was starstrucked. Nag-ooverreact na siya pero understandable naman! Ganoon din naman ang mga kasamahan namin.
