"....why?" was all you could say.

After pausing, he laughed, "Is that your first question? How cute"

"If you insist, I like everything about you, flaws included, your smile when you like something, your frown when you do something you don't like, your flushed face, your voice, your adorable way of making fun of me, your lips, your-" he said while stopping to smile and look at you sweetly.

"Okkkk that's enough!" When you eventually managed to escape his hold, you put your hands over his lips to silence him.

You carefully pulled your hands from his, knowing even though it was unseen, he was grinning. You squirmed a little in his lap as his hands moved to your waist and pulled you in.

He said, looking a little flushed, "uhm (Y/N) please stop moving... So much"

"Ah sorry," you said, with no intention of getting off of him.

"heh~ so, can I kiss you then?" Already near your lips, he whispered. All you could do was nod your head while your cheeks were flushed and your mind was a complete mess.

If he had been a little closer, his lips would have been on yours. But then he stopped, leaned back, and grinned, making you furrow your eyebrows.

"I won't," he teased.

"ugh, now what?" u whined

Even though he was grinning, there was a hint of uncertainty in his voice as he replied, "you never did tell me if you like me back."

"So do you?" he questioned softly.

"Cheng Xiaoshi..."

"hm?"

"Of course I like you, you idiot!" He grinned back at you when you smiled at him.

"Hmm, Good girl~"

Suddenly, his lips found yours.

Your eyes grew wide, but you reacted right away by wrapping your hands around his neck. His hand was cupping your face and both of your bodies were practically touching.

After giving you a long, passionate kiss, he eventually leaned back.

He mumbled, "Damn~"

"That's it?" You teased

"Why do you want me to give you compliments? Your kis-" He smirked at first, but as soon as he saw your face, it was obvious that he ought to stop talking.

"..."

"Now what?" you asked, tilting your head.

"Hmm, should we get ice cream from Jude's?" He was clueless as well

"That would be nice." Your sweet smile caused butterflies in his stomach.

But none of you made any movement. Even when you sat on his lap, he continued to embrace your waist.

"Why are you not moving Cheng Xiaoshi?" The girl tried to tease him with a sly smile.

He began, "I would, but you're the one sitting on me! Sigh! Don't tell me you enjoy cuddling up on my lap like that-"

"AAAAAAND I'm out," The girl said, as she moved away from his lap and turned to walk away. The boy merely rolled his eyes and laughed at her.

"Hey wait a minute!" He sighed as he followed you since it seemed like you were still walking away from him.

However, he got his way as usual, and he stopped you from moving right away by giving you a hug from behind.

"You're not fair! I haven't even asked you the main question yet."

A blush touched your face as you scoffed.

"Be my girlfriend"

"...... Hah You make it seem like an order"

Awkwardly, the boy laughed into her ear. "Well, I don't want you to say no...."

"...."

"Sure," you responded calmly, but inside you were freaking out.

"huh?"

"I said sure you dumbass!"

It was the happiest the boy had ever been. He nuzzled his face in the crook of her neck and hugged her even more tightly.

"I am so happy!!"

"I'm happier than you, I promise." You whispered. You remember being amazed when you saw him play on the court and now he was your boyfriend.

He stood next to you, his hands swiftly entwined with yours as he laid a gentle kiss on your neck.

"So, what are you waiting for? Let's go grab some ice cream!" he exclaimed excitedly as he led you to the store.

During the night, your brother approached you and whispered something in your ear.

"He told me not to tell you but I couldn't keep it in!" he said "He told me he loved you..." he jumped in excitement "Oh! But I'm not sure; after saying that, he seemed unhappy.

FUN FACT!!!

1. Cheng Xiaoshi practiced saying 'be my girlfriend' almost 13 times

2. (Y/N) knew that he was still wearing the maid dress. While Cheng Xiaoshi became so comfortable that he forgot. The girl obviously didn't remind him, which is why they got weird looks as they walked towards the ice cream shop.

3. Even if he likes hugging (Y/N), after kissing her, he wished that he could kiss her everytime

4. Cheng Xiaoshi's 'I love her' to her brother was said by his future self. Originally it was 'I like her'
