"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?" Mark's voice boomed through the gymnasium, his eyes wide with horror.

However, Donghyuck ignored him, only focusing on the shorter girl in front of him, his smirk widening at the thought of his next move.

And what he did, really was an out of syllabus topic for both Seohyun and the Azurites, who had began flooding in the basement.

With a swift, precisely calculated move, he slid the dagger over her flesh. The blade nicked her skin just enough to draw a thin line of blood, a stark crimson against her pale complexion.

"Congratulations, darling. You have successfully topped my hitlist," he said lowly, his voice cold and mocking. "Suit yourself for hell."

Seohyun's eyes blazed with pain and fury, her grip tightening on the knife's handle. But before she could retaliate, Mark and Chenle rushed in, their faces pale with shock.

"Are you two insane?" Chenle shouted, grabbing Seohyun's arm and yanking her away from the raging boy.

Mark stepped in between them, creating a little more distance by pushing Donghyuck farther away.

"Drop your knives. Both of you," he commanded, voice laced with anger and concern.

However, neither of the two were ready to comply. Their eyes were locked in a deadly stare, trained to kill on the blow of a whistle.

"NOW," Mark barked, his tone brooking no argument.

Reluctantly, Seohyun and Donghyuck lowered their knives, but the tension between them remained palpable. Seohyun's hand trembled as she slowly retracted her blade, her eyes never leaving Donghyuck's.

Mark took a deep breath, trying to calm the situation.

"What the hell happened here?" he demanded, looking back and forth between the two.

Donghyuck was the first to speak, his voice dripping with venom. "Ask her. She's the one sneaking around and playing double agent."

Seohyun's eyes widened in shock and indignation. "Double agent? You're out of your mind. How can you even say that without any proof."

Donghyuck stepped forward, his expression furious. "Then explain the late-night disappearance, the early morning sneaking in and then staying locked up in your room for hours. Who the hell are you even working for?"

Seohyun began advancing towards Donghyuck, her hands curling around the collar of his jacket.

"I just wanted a break, okay," she spat, her grip tightening, around his collar this time, as she pulled him down.
