Sivaangi lay in bed, her eyes wide open, staring at the ceiling. She had finally drifted off to sleep after hours of tossing and turning, her mind racing with thoughts of Ashwin. The conversation they had earlier that day still lingered in her mind, making her heart ache.
But then, in the middle of the night, she heard the creaking sound of her door opening. Groggily, Sivaangi opened her eyes to find herself still in her darkened bedroom, the only light coming from the flickering candle at the doorstep. The ruffling sounds grew louder, and she realized they were coming from the direction of the light.
Suddenly her room lights were turned on.As she adjusted her eyesight to the light, she saw Akash and Monisha standing there, wearing mischievous smiles. Her heart skipped a beat as she took in the scene. The clock on her bedside table read 12:00 AM, and she realized with a start that it was her birthday!
Her thoughts were broken when Akash and Monisha placed the cake on her bed and shouted "Happy Birthday" in unison. Sivaangi's eyes widened in delight as she took in the sight of the cake, it was a little mess, adorned with candles and chocolate frosting. Tears of joy pricked at the corners of her eyes as she gazed at her loved ones, their faces beaming with excitement.
"You guys are the best!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with emotion and pulled them into a hug.
Monisha : Come on babes , cake ah cut pannu...
Akash : Nanum varuven , he took a seat beside sivaangi.
As they sang "Happy Birthday" again,
Before Sivaangi could blew out the candles, akash blew it making them chuckle at his action.
Monisha : Deii , vaalu adhu ava bday da .. she pinched his cheeks.
Sivaangi : It's okay vidu di en kolandhaiya.
He gave her a sheepish smile.
Feeling a sense of hope and joy wash over her. This was exactly what she needed - a reminder that life was full of sweet moments and loving people.
Akash and Monisha handed her a slice of cake, and Sivaangi took a bite, savoring the sweet chocolate flavor. The three of them sat on her bed, laughing and chatting, the tension and stress of the day melting away.
As they celebrated her birthday, Sivaangi realized that sometimes, it takes a little surprise and a lot of love to make life's challenges worth facing.
She couldn't believe she had forgotten her own birthday! The stress and heartache of the past day had consumed her, but her loved ones had not forgotten. Tears of joy pricked at the corners of her eyes as she pulled them into an another tight hug.
Akash and Monisha's faces beamed with excitement, happy to have surprised her. Sivaangi's heart swelled with gratitude for their thoughtfulness.
"Neenga illana na enna pannuven nu ennaku nejama therila" she said, her voice filled with emotion.
Monisha : Don't worryyy, nanga engaiyum pogamattom. Unna thollai panniten irupom. Enna akash...
Akash : Yes sivu, they hi-fied with eachother with giggles.
Akash suggested, "Sivu, Lion King pakkalama ! It's my favorite movie, Sivaangi!"
Monisha chimed in, "Yeah, pakkalam romba naal achu , since we watched it"
Sivaangi's face lit up, "That sounds amazing! I could use a good dose of Simba and Nala's adventures!" They quickly got cozy, snuggling under blankets and settling in for a movie night.
They laughed and sang along to the songs, quoting their favorite lines and making jokes about Scar's dramatic antics.
As the movie ended, Sivaangi felt grateful for the impromptu celebration. "Thanks, guys, this was exactly what I needed," she said, her eyes shining with happiness.
