Ashwin smiled warmly and headed to the kitchen to make Sivaangi something to eat.Sivaangi, feeling a bit restless, pulled out her phone and began scrolling through it, but soon found herself getting bored. She tossed her phone aside and swung her legs over the side of the bed, deciding to go see what Ashwin was up to in the kitchen.
She padded softly into the kitchen, her eyes widening as she took in the sight of Ashwin expertly stirring a pot on the stove. He was completely in his element, his movements fluid and confident.
Sivaangi leaned against the counter, watching him with a smile. "Hey, chef," she said, trying to sound casual. "Enaa seiringa?"
Ashwin looked up, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he smiled. "Pepper rasam and hot rice," he replied, his voice warm.
Sivaangi's eyes lit up. "Mmm, my favorite!" she exclaimed, her stomach growling in anticipation.
Ashwin chuckled. "Hope you will like it," he said. "I thought it will make you feel little better".
Sivaangi nodded, watching as Ashwin continued to cook. "It smells amazing already, i can't wait to eat" she said, inhaling deeply.
Ashwin smiled, his eyes never leaving the pot. " Almost done, sweetheart."
Sivaangi stood there speaking with him as he finished cooking, he put some rice in the bowl and mashed it slightly, poured the rasam over it. And they both walked out of the kitchen.
Sivaangi, meanwhile, had settled onto the sofa, her eyes fixed on Ashwin as he walked towards her.
"Can we watch a movie?" she asked, leaning her head on the headrest, her voice lazy with anticipation.
Ashwin smiled, nodding as he carried the bowl over to the sofa. "Of course, what did you have in mind?"
Sivaangi shrugged, snuggling deeper into the cushions. " OK kanmani" she suggested.
Ashwin chuckled, setting the plates down on the coffee table. "Okay, let's see... Ah, it's my favourite movie."
Sivaangi's eyes lit up. "Mine too."
Ashwin smiled, settling in beside her on the sofa. He picked up the bowl and spoon and began feeding her , his movements slow and gentle.
As they watched the movie, Sivaangi felt her heart fill with warmth and contentment. There was something so intimate about being fed by Ashwin, something that made her feel cared for and loved.
She leaned into his touch, savoring the taste of the food and the feel of his fingers brushing against her face often. The movie played on in the background, but Sivaangi hardly noticed, her attention focused solely on Ashwin and the gentle way he was caring for her.
As they continued Sivaangi turned to Ashwin with a curious expression. " En paa , badhilaye vandhadhukaga office la ungaluku endha prechanaiyum varadha" she asked, her voice soft with concern.
Ashwin smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "I took leave sivaangi ma. Don't worry" he replied, his voice reassuring. "Why?" She questioned eventhough she knew the answer.
"I wanted to take care of you today." Sivaangi's heart swelled with emotion at his words.
"Thanks for taking care of me," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Ashwin's expression softened, his eyes warm with affection. "Anytime, Sivaangi," he replied. "I want to be there for you, always."
As Ashwin continued to feed Sivaangi, they both became lost in their own little world. Sivaangi's eyes were fixed on Ashwin's every move.
