The next morning arrived, and the house was filled with the sweet sounds of devotional songs, setting a serene and spiritual tone for the day. The air was alive with the vibrant atmosphere of the festival, as the group emerged from their homes, eager to reach the well.
Outside, the streets were adorned with colorful decorations, intricate rangoli designs, and vibrant flower garlands, creating a visually stunning spectacle. The scent of incense sticks, camphor, and fragrant flowers wafted through the air, adding to the festive ambiance.
As they group walked through the farm, they were surrounded by vast fields of green crops swaying gently in the breeze. The air was filled with the sweet scent of ripening crops and the earthy smell of fresh soil.
Pugazh leading the way Ashwin, Dharshan, Monisha, Aisha, Akash, and Sivaangi, all walked towards the ancient well, bantering and teasing each other.
"I'm going to push you into the well, for real Moni!" Pugazh joked.
"Oh yeah? Try it, and I'll make sure you regret it!" Monisha retorted, playfully rolling her eyes.
As they approached the well, they saw the crystal-clear water reflecting the blue sky above. The boys immediately started removing their clothes, eager to jump in.
"Let's see who can hold their breath in the water for long time!" Dharshan shouted, racing to be the first to jump.
The boys splashed into the well, creating a huge commotion. Aisha and Sivaangi stood together, watching the chaos with amusement.
Ashwin also jumped in with akash trying to teach Akash how to swim, patiently guiding him through the strokes.
Sivaangi stood there, watching Ashwin teach her brother Akash how to swim with utmost care. She couldn't help but feel a warmth in her heart, seeing how patiently Ashwin guided Akash through the water.
Aisha, who was standing beside her, noticed Sivaangi's gaze and smiled mischievously and said to Monisha. "Moni! Look at sivaangi, she's so lovesick!" Aisha teased, nudging Sivaangi playfully.
"And look there, It seems like my brother loves Akash so much, but I think someone else loves him even more!"
Sivaangi's face turned bright red as she realized she had been caught staring. She tried to brush it off, laughing awkwardly, but Monisha joined to tease her.
"Hey, Sivu, don't be shy! We all know about you very well."
Sivaangi playfully rolled her eyes, trying to hide her blushes. "Shut up, you both! You're just trying to distract me."
Aisha giggled, knowing she had successfully teased Sivaangi.
"You both stay here, I am going to jump." Monisha announced and jumped like she knows how to swim very well.
But in reality, she didn't know how to swim, she suddenly jumped into the well, causing sivaangi to gasp in surprise.
"Hey, Moni do you know to swim?" Sivaangi exclaimed Monisha who yelled back "I know" but started drowning without balance.
The scene unfolded with Monisha struggling to stay afloat, flailing her arms and legs wildly, making everyone laugh. Pugazh tried to help her, but she started pulling him down too!
"You are definitely going to die in my hands Moni, for all your reckless activities." Pugazh spluttered with heavy breaths when Monisha pushed pugazh's head deep in the water.
"She is definitely going to kill pugazh too. Come dharsha! Pugazh you enjoy. We are escaping!" Ashwin said and moved away watching the scene unfold.
Everyone erupted into laughter and cheers, enjoying the spectacle whereas sivaangi and aisha stood capturing everything in their mobiles.
