Prayer 70
Lord teach us to trust that Your power is made perfect in weakness in Jesus' name amen.

He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame by triumphing over them in Him. Colossians 2:15

Prayer 71
Lord Jesus help us to take refuge in You in times of temptation in Your name we pray amen.
Read 1st Samuel 17:26–51 and Psalm 3 or Mark 1:13
He was in the wilderness forty days being tempted by Satan. Mark 1:13

Prayer 72
Lord Jesus thank You for bearing the curse of sin to redeem us amen.
Read 2nd Samuel 18:1–17 and Psalm 37:1–20 or Galatians 3.
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, "'Cursed is everyone who hanged on a tree.'" Galatians 3:13

Prayer 73
Lord grant us faithfully in the vocations You have given us in Jesus' name amen,
Read Jonah 1 and Psalm 16 or Matthew 16:4
An evil and adulterous generation seeks for a sign but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah. Matthew 16:4.

Prayer 74
Lord Jesus grant us faithfully to partake of Your Supper in Your name we pray amen.
Read Matthew 26:17–30 and Psalm 18:1–6 or 1st Corinthians 5.
Cleanse out the old leaven that you may be a new lump as you really are unleavened for Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. 1st Corinthians 5:7

Prayer 75
Lord grant me humility to receive Your gifts and to serve others in Jesus' name amen.
Read Luke 22:24–27 and Psalm 77
Who is greater one who reclines at the table or one who serves? Luke 22:27.
Here is something to process in your mind. God is pure, self-giving love. He did not create man to serve Him, as if He needed anything,  but so that He might serve man—breathing life into His people blessing us with the gifts of His creation and ultimately laying down His life for us. God is glorified in giving Himself to man not in man giving Himself to God. Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!

Prayer 76
Lord grant us Your strength and wisdom that we may follow Your will in all things in Jesus' name amen.
Read Luke 22:39–46 and Psalm 44
And being in agony He prayer more earnestly and His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Luke 22:44

Prayer 77
Lord grant us to trust in the strength of Your words and not in worldly power or approval in Jesus' name amen.

Prayer 78
Heavenly Father let our ears ever be made whole in listening to the saving Word of Christ in Jesus' name amen.

One of them struck the servant of the high priest and cut off his right ear. But Jesus said, "No more of this!" And He touched his ear and healed him. Luke 22:50–51

Prayer 79
Jesus Lamb of God grant us to trust in Your willing sacrifice to save us amen.
Read Mark 14:55–65 and Psalm 39.
But He remained silent and made no answer. Mark 14:61.

Prayer 80
Lord Jesus strengthen us faithfully to confess You before men that You also confess us before Your Father in heaven amen.

Prayer 81
Dear Father thank You for declaring us to be righteous in Your Son, Jesus in His name we pray amen.
Read Mark 15:6–15 and Psalm 69:1–18 or 2nd Corinthians 5.
For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God. 2nd Corinthians 5:21.
