Be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart all ye that hope in the Lord. Psalm 31:24.
"Be strong and let your hearts take courage, All you who wait for and confidently expect the Lord."

"Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord."

Bad translation below NRSV and NLT translations of Bible's must always be taken with a grain of salt. 
"So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord!"
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭31‬:‭24‬ ‭NLT‬‬ (somewhat less meh)
"Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord." (still missing the point.)
