Your wings are spread, so young, so bright, poised on the edge of endless sky.
The angels call, their voices light, tempting you to soar and fly.
But wait, dear one, don't rush to rise above this world of mortal things.
There's so much here to realize, before you test those fragile wings.
The earth still holds so many wonders, lessons waiting to be learned.
Each sunrise brings new paths to ponder, wisdom yet to be discerned.
I see the glimmer in your eyes, the longing for what lies beyond.
But life's a gift, a grand surprise, with mysteries yet to respond.
So linger here, just for a while, let your roots grow deep and strong.
There's joy in every earthbound mile, in every heartbeat, every song.
The angels' chorus can still wait, their eternity won't fade.
But this life's fleeting, don't be late to dance in every shade.
Grow, love, stumble, and explore, let your spirit fully bloom.
There's so much life has yet in store, before you leave this earthly room.
So spread those wings, but not to leave, instead, to embrace all you can.
For in this world, if you believe, you'll find heaven where you stand.
