"Go Le Quinn! Go Le Quinn! Go! Go! Go!"
Everyone was cheering, their faces lit up with joy as they waved their colorful pompoms in the air. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and jubilation, each person reveling in the moment of shared celebration.
In-announce pa lang ang pangalan ng dance troupe ay ganun na ang excitement ng mga audience. Paano pa kaya sa paglabas namin dito? May halong kaba, saya at excitement ang pakiramdam namin lahat. We're wearing our costumes at siguro kung sumali kami rito ay kami na agad ang champion.
Le Quinn's training is hard. We made it here because of too much hard-work kaya alam namin na ang mga palakpak at cheer na 'yon at deserve namin.
"Let us all welcome, Le Quinn!"
"L! E!" We made our entrance as we chant the letters.
"Q! U! I! N! N! GO LE QUINN—GO LE QUINN—GO LE QUINN! GO! GO! GO!"
Sa buong gym kasabay ng drum ay nag echo 'yon hanggang sa nakuha ng estudyante ang tono namin at naging iisang boses ang chant namin hanggang sa naka pwesto kami.
I saw the judges in front of us and they are already smiling. The crowd went silent, and the whole gym became silent as we made it. Wala pa kami sa first step at napahanga na namin ang mga judges dahil sa bumalot na katahimikan ng gawin namin ang paunang posting.
"1! 2! 3!" Kada bilang at sinasabayan 'yon ng drums kaya nang nag three ay sinimulan na namin ang sayaw.
The crowd went wild. Palakpak doon, palakpak dito, sigaw doon at sigaw dito, it was crazy! The more stunts, the more cheer.
Binigay namin ang puso at kaloob looban namin sa sayaw, sa pagbuhat at paghagis, sa pagsalo at sa paggalaw.
Dancing out hearts out, we lost ourselves in the music, moving in perfect harmony as if time stood still. The rhythm guided our every step, filling us with pure joy and freedom. In this moment, nothing else mattered but the music and the connection we shared through our dance.
Sa dance break ay sinunod namin ang turo ni Tito Ark. sa apat na grupo na meron na nagbubuhat at pinagpalit palit ang lumilipad sa ere. Nung una ay impossible 'yon pero dahil sa pursige at tyaga ay nagawa namin. Nagpalit kami ni Claudine habang si Anika at Jessy naman ang nagpalit.
"Wooo!" The people were amazed pero hindi pa tapos 'yon do'n.
Binalik kami at oras na para ipakita pa namin ang ibang stunts na na practice. I did the scorpion and god knows how I prayed for him to make me successfully do it in the air!
"Woooooo!"
And I did it!
And of course, Tito Ark made us practice the most difficult part of this! Ang Two and a Half High Pyramid. It's a breathtaking stunt that challenges physics by constructing a human tower with multiple flyers soaring into the air, showcasing the incredible heights that we, cheer leaders can reach.
And since we did the rewind stunt at the start, we already made a name for ourselves.
"Go Le Quinn! Go Le Quinn!"
