Sitting in SLTs on Monday, Jack held her head up with her hand as she watched the video Jojo had put on with much confusion. It was supposedly about boundaries or something but the woman that was throwing noodles around and forcing people to eat them was confusing whatever message it was trying to send.
"Go on. Eat them Stanley. Eat them all."
"Stop! I'm getting angry now."
Jack shared a look of disgust with her brother as a random guy in the video grabbed a large handful of the woman's noodles and shoved them into his mouth, getting them all over his face. When the video finally came to an end Darren raised their hand, "Okay, Miss, I have no idea what that was trying to teach us." They said.
"Also why was it the girl who was forcing everyone to eat her noodles?" Quinni asked confusedly.
"Because it's misogynist propaganda." said Sasha in a tone of outrage, "women aren't such dick-obsessed idiots."
"Uh, all the ones I've met are." Spider spoke up earning himself a glare from Sasha.
"Was it supposed to be a joke?" Malakai questioned sounding extremely perturbed and confused.
Unsure herself, Jojo picked up the textbook from her desk, "Uh, no, it's about the dangers of sharing intimate—"
"Noodles." Dusty cut in making his friends laugh.
"Forget about the noodles," said Jojo.
"I'm trying Miss," said Ant, chucking softly, "but it's hard to unsee."
Darren sighed, "It's basically telling us to be ashamed of our bodies."
"That's not..." Jojo tried to defend but even she fell short on a defence for the video. After a moment she said, "What I think it's asking us to consider are the social consequences of sharing nudes with others—"
"That's they'll see how hot I am?" Missy spoke up and received cheers from some of the boys in the class.
"No. There's risks like revenge porn, being excluded from fiends, ethical reasons." Jojo explained.
"People have been sharing naked pictures since the dawn of time," Sasha argued, "for example, cave paintings, art."
