Heatwave did not ask for this.

"Who told you that you can have your children on that?"

He knew Boulder had mentioned there might be some snakes in the garden but they were actually extremely friendly. Heatwave, despite his own traumas, mostly avoided the garden at the academy for his own safety but there are few occasions he does visit.

He was calmly looking at one of the plants, seeing how there happened to be an entire snake curled around the stem as it protects its little eggs of children within. There were many other plants that the snake could've picked and yet, it just so happened to pick Heatwave's favorite one.

"Ssssssss." That is all the snake said to him, but still, Heatwave was not impressed with that.

"What? You are guarding my plant, you know." The snakes just looked at him, not as a threat, but almost like he simply did not understand it at all.

"Sssssss." It says again, making Heatwave surely want to throw that thing into a tree if it did not have eggs filled with children right now.

"Can I at least sniff it?" The snake still had no clue what he was saying but seemed to be chill anyway.

Heatwave slowly got closer, being able to sniff the plant he came out there to see. The snake didn't seem to mind the fact that Heatwave was doing this, and did not attack at all. Heatwave slowly backed his face from the plant, knowing he had savored the scent he was looking for.

He notices Boulder out of the corner of his optic, seeing a face of accrual horror for some odd reason. Heatwave is a bit confused as he knows Boulder has seen him in the garden before.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" He questions Boulder, fully not knowing what exactly the green bot was going to say about this. His response surely left him shocked.

"That is not the snake that lives here."

"WHAT?!" Heatwave hoped he didn't just hear that, because it meant much more than it sounded. "Then who is that?!"

"I have no idea." Boulder then notices a snake slithering to him, to which he smiles wide. "Hello Gary."

As Boulder looked up, he noticed that Heatwave was gone, a snake being right where Heatwave happened to be standing before. It could seem to be magic, but Boulder knew Heatwave ended up running from fright.

"Gary, what did I tell you about playing with your siblings?" Boulder could only sigh as he responded. "You do not scare the owner or you guys are going to get killed!"
