71: Marry Poppins - H

Hot Shot eventually learned to love the tool he has but little did he know, some tools are actually best left to be forgotten.

There was the one time Boulder made a new tool to add for their powering up and energizing callout, but it was clear not enough thought was put into the design as it went a little haywire. Chase was unfortunately the subject to test it, which directed him all around town destroying bits and pieces and electrocuted him when it touched the water. Chase was fine and very thankful the water powered the tool down but that whole invention was pretty much scrapped.

There was also the one that was created to try to get some extra flying involved for more airborne rescues, but Heatwave was practically flown all across town as it went out of control. He eventually managed to crash into the water all dizzy and a quick electrocution, but he physically found himself totally unable to see straight for the rest of the day and looked like he was trying to walk while on too much High Grade energon in his system.

Although Heatwave's was a massive fail, Boulder did try making a new version of it, which practically made the bot who used it Marry Poppins. Unfortunately, this did not take into account wind since Heatwave tried it but then was being blown away from Griffin Rock, but he didn't fall in the water that time (Boulder was lucky it shorted out in the air and High Tide was around to catch him).

Since those incidents, they physically have issues trusting Boulder to build them all new gear.
