Cody left out one small little detail when he brought the bots to practice Ballet: Sigma Seventeen has also had to do this too.

It all originally started off as some sort of joke, a joke Quickshadow made to Sigma Seventeen when they were doing something where she said something along the lines of "You need a Ballerina Toe to do that" and then it just escalated from there.

So the four members of Sigma Seventeen did Ballet for a while, learning the moves and positions, all while being surrounded by other young children learning the same thing. Blades could've sworn those kids were secretly laughing at them but Boulder assured him multiple times it wasn't the case despite not actually knowing whether or not the kids were doing it.

Blades did not stay in that class for long, despite his love for dance, Ballet was not for him. Heatwave quit once he couldn't take Kade's teasing because he was going to throw that human across the room. Boulder and Chase eventually stopped but no one really knows when the two actually decided to quit.

They all sometimes still do Ballet as some of their training exercises because it really makes for a workout somehow, but that is something they keep to themselves and High Tide. High Tide did find out about it too and made fun of them, long story short, he has also been taught it and sworn to secrecy.
