Instead of killing Vince, they kill someone else.. someone more legendary than him..

Vince remained outside for a moment, watching as his mom left before getting inside his car and driving off, back home.
As he parked the car in the driveway, he couldn't help but wonder why he still lived with his mom when he was a grown man.
He entered the house and made his way into the living room. "Ma? I'm home.." he called out.
Vince raised a brow as he noticed the door was left open.
"Ma...? "
Vince slowly walked inside, stepping into the living room. He was a little wary now, fearing the worst.
Vince froze, eyes widened in horror as he saw the blood on the floor, and around the room.
His heart began beating a little faster.
"Ma...? You in here...?" He called out again, but his voice was a little shaky now.
Vince slowly walked over, following the trail of blood. His heart was now racing and he could feel his hands getting a little clammy.
He came to a stop as he reached the refrigerator. He raised a shaky hand and gripped the handle, before slowly pulling the door open.
Vince immediately froze and his eyes widened. He slowly pulled away from the head and stared at the head in the fridge for a moment, not believing what he was seeing.
After a moment of stunned, disbelieving silence, he slowly approached the fridge , and slowly knelt down next to the gory scene. He gently picked up the head, feeling sick and horrorstruck.
"Ma......" he managed to whisper, his voice hoarse and shaky.
Vince stumbled outside, dropping to his knees and began to retch. He began to hyperventilate as he knelt there, his mind struggling to accept what he had just seen.
"God no.. no.. Not ma... she's... She's dead..." he whispered between gasps. Tears began to fall from his eyes, and they just wouldn't stop.
He looked over and saw a large blood smeared message that reads:
IT'S AN HONOR
