Fight against Chinese social-imperialism and its aspiration for world domination.
Fight for the world socialist revolution !
Reasoning:
Dear Comrades!
So far, we have focused our annual campaigns on historical topics that we have updated.
This time, the Comintern (SH) has decided to select a current political topic.
Here we can and must also draw on historical lessons, but in order to design a political annual campaign as global militant action, it requires in particular the further development of our Stalinist-Hoxhaist standards.
There are four main reasons why we have chosen the topic "China" for the annual campaign 2025:

historical-ideological reason:
It is important to defend the teachings of Comrade Enver Hoxha on China against the neorevisionists. Except for us Stalinists-Hoxhaists, no one in the world can or will do this.
Hoxhaism and its criticism of Chinese revisionism in general and of Mao Zedong in particular are still largely unknown in the world. We must therefore step up our efforts to ensure that translations are published in as many languages as possible.

Creation of a new Comintern (SH) training course no. 9 on Maoism.
What do we understand by the Mao Zedong ideas and how do we fight Chinese revisionism, Chinese social-imperialism and Chinese social-fascism?

Building the Chinese Section
The goal for 2025 is to mobilize the entire party to support the building of the Chinese section of the Comintern (SH). Without our Chinese section, there will be no victory of socialist revolution in China. And without it, there will be no victory of the world socialist revolution.

Fight against the approaching Chinese imperialist domination in the world
The most important reason:
The current world danger of Chinese social-imperialism is growing and growing in 2025. More and more peoples are becoming dependent on China and then come under its rule. The teachings of Maoism, then the teachings of Deng Hsiao Ping and now the teachings of Xi Jinping are periods in the development of Chinese social-imperialism, which is by nature nothing other than imperialism – only disguised behind a red curtain of "socialism". World imperialism means world war, and the Chinese imperialists are preparing it intensively. Therefore, the Comintern (SH) must not underestimate Chinese imperialism. We know that Chinese imperialism will one day fail just as imperialism inevitably fails. We also know that the Chinese proletariat will be victorious in its struggle for socialist revolution. But Chinese imperialism is not falling apart by itself. Without us Stalinists-Hoxhaists, nothing will change in China.
Lest we be misunderstood:
we do not consider Chinese imperialism to be more dangerous than US imperialism, but just as dangerous. In this, we criticize the view of the Chinese revisionists (in Enver Hoxha's time!), who define Soviet imperialism as the main enemy and at the same time promote Chinese cooperation with American imperialism (Nixon's visit to Beijing ) – both with the aim of establishing their own Chinese world domination by exploiting the contradictions between the two superpowers of the imperialists of the United States and the social-imperialists of the Soviet Union. We, the Stalinists-Hoxhaists, fight against the so-called "Three Worlds Theory" and condemn it as a revisionist theory in the service of Chinese social-imperialism.
We, the Stalinist-Hoxhaists, believe that Comrade Enver Hoxha explained the two superpowers of the time in his book "Imperialism and Revolution". At that time, Chinese social-imperialism was only emerging. Today, it already plays a world-dominating role. In addition to the old imperialist powers, such as those in Canada, Europe, Japan or Australia, new imperialist great powers have emerged, such as India, Brazil, etc.
Today we speak of the two imperialist world camps – of the western and eastern camp of world imperialism or of the old and new world camp. The new imperialist world camp is led by Chinese social-imperialism, which has long since overtaken Soviet social-imperialism and has now entered into an alliance with Russia under its leadership.
In 2025, we must systematically start our class struggle on the three main fronts:
anti-capitalist economic front
anti-social fascist front
anti-social imperialist front
both their significance for the inner-Chinese as well as for the global development.
Down with
Chinese militarism,
world war armament,
nationalism,
racism, social fascism,
social imperialism,
neocolonialism
and the striving for world domination.
The superpower USA and the superpower China are both the most dangerous enemies of the peoples of the world.
The "liberation" of the peoples from US world domination in words – the subjugation of the peoples of the world under Chinese world domination in deeds – that is the physiognomy of Chinese social-imperialism.
Dear comrades!
Let us compare our previous agitprop against US imperialism and Chinese social-imperialism. What is the difference?
It is obvious that we have been more concerned with our fight against US imperialism. If we adhere to the principle that both superpowers are the most dangerous for the world socialist revolution, then every comrade can easily be convinced that we must increase our efforts in the fight against the Chinese superpower.
And it is the neorevisionists who, in one way or another, are trying to form their "people's front" – including "all enemies of US domination", that is, including allies like the Chinese social-imperialists! This is not how to smash world imperialism and establish world socialism, but only how to replace the old imperialist leadership of the world with a new one. That is what we mean by the neo-revisionist role of a doctor at the deathbed of world imperialism! Without smashing Chinese imperialism, there will be no smashing of world imperialism! For this we need our 2025 anniversary campaign!
Which is more dangerous, US imperialism or Chinese imperialism?
Both are dangerous.
The most dangerous is that imperialist world camp, the danger of which is most underestimated.
Everyone is only looking at Trump and other fascist leaders and their warmongering against China. But the same danger of war comes from social-imperialist China. Most people are well aware of this, but they only learn what is reported in the bourgeois media. The Comintern (SH) adheres to Enver Hoxha's analysis of China and would like to continue it in 2025 so that this Chinese danger can be counteracted both in the global class struggle and within China itself.
Let's have a successful annual campaign in 2025, as we did in 2024 (Lenin campaign).
