Dear and respected members and supporters of all sections of the Comintern (SH)!
We are celebrating the 146th anniversary of the birth of the great genius and 4th classic of Marxism-Leninism, the faithful student and comrade-in-arms of V. I. Lenin, the heroic son of the great Georgian people, who fought to his death for the great ideas of liberation of the workers of all countries - Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin!
It is impossible to convey with the help of monosyllabic dry words the entire enormity and importance of Joseph Stalin's contribution to the development and struggle of Marxism-Leninism - the great science of liberation of the workers. It is impossible to evaluate in simple words the entire magnitude of Stalin's personality and how dear he was not only to the Soviet, but also to the international proletariat. It is impossible to simply estimate the entire enormity of the great science of Stalin-Stalinism, which is still widely studied and loved by workers of all countries, who, under the banner of Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism, fight against their capitalist and fascist governments.
And the name of Stalin has always been a formidable weapon against world fascism and revisionism of all stripes: Trotskyism, Bukharinism, Titoism, Maoism, left and right deviationism, and so on. We must not forget that without Stalin's ideas, the great ideas of Hoxhaism, continuing the great Marxist-Leninist theory, would not have appeared.
As we wrote a year ago, the Russian government is deliberately using the image of the great Stalin. Knowing that Stalin is loved and respected, his legacy is honored and studied in all post-Soviet countries, Russian imperialists deliberately want to use him to attract crowds of naive admirers to their side. This is what the fascist "Communist Party of the Russian Federation" wants, which is not only not Stalinist, but on the contrary is one of the vile and reactionary parties hiding behind the glorious name of Stalin.
Stalin is now honored in Russia by both outspoken anti-communists and nationalists. For them, Stalin is the continuer of some "spiritual traditions", a "fighter" for Russian nationalism, as funny as it may sound, a somewhat continuer of the ideas of Marx and Lenin, and some kind of "great ruler".
Of course, under all these exclamations and opinions, under the monuments that the CPRF branches are now erecting all over Russia, the blackest and most vile anti-Stalinism is hidden. Trying to get their dirty benefit from the name of Stalin, the CPRF nevertheless forgot something.
They forgot that they will forever remain loyal servants of the imperialist Russian government, the basis of which was anti-communism. And no matter how much these sellouts shout about their "love" for Stalin, the Russian vanguard of the workers' movement has long ago exposed their entire sabotage and venality.
However, "exposures" alone are not enough. The Russian section of the Comintern (SH) is obliged to fight for the name of the real Stalin. The Russian section must declare a merciless war on all slanderers of this great name and all false "Stalinists". This may take more than a dozen years, but taking into account all the anti-Stalinism and anti-communism not only in Russia, but throughout the world, one is a dump of history.
And on this great day, all members and supporters of all sections are obliged to unite in the fight against any dirty attacks on the name of the great Stalin. And there was not, is not and will not be a force that can turn thousands of workers away from Stalin's legacy, forever denigrate him.
The Russian section together with its comrades must and will fight for the restoration of historical justice, for the fight against the denigration of all the classics of Marxism-Leninism!
And let today, across the entire planet, again and again roll the mighty and eternal slogan:
