The genuine dictatorship of the proletariat existed only in the Soviet Union and Albania.
A fake dictatorship of the proletariat does not and cannot exist. What is not a proletarian dictatorship can only be a bourgeois dictatorship, whether with or without a special "socialist" mask.
The historical lesson to be learned from the so-called "people's democracies" is that the inevitability of their revisionist degeneration into social fascism must be eliminated through socialist revolution.
The conquest of power by the working class and the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat is impossible except through socialist revolution.
Only through the victory of the world socialist revolution is it conceivable (in exceptional cases) that, through armed support from outside, the precondition of the armed overthrow of one's own bourgeoisie would not need to be fulfilled in one country or another. However, this does not mean that the dictatorship of the proletariat can do without a proletarian army. A dictatorship of the proletariat that does not rely on or cannot rely on its revolutionary violence is anything but a dictatorship of the proletariat.
What we defend about the former "people's democracies" is the Leninist-Stalinist influence of the Soviet Union on these countries and the revolutionary forces in their own country, who had faithfully sided with Stalin not only in words but also in deeds.
Through the liberation from Hitlerite fascism and through the solidary support and military protection of the Soviet Union, there was a real situation to establish the dictatorship of the proletariat in these countries, but of course only on the basis of a principled Marxist-Leninist party and a revolutionary working class.
On the other hand, Stalinism-Hoxhaism must not be applied dogmatically. The dictatorship of the proletariat in Albania developed in a different form than in the Soviet Union.
Whether Lenin, Stalin or Enver Hoxha, they all never claimed that the Russian way to the dictatorship of the proletariat should be copied as the only prescribed way by the rest of the world.
Lenin, for example, always emphasized that different conditions for the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat have to be taken into account in each country, but the revisionists have distorted this with their nationalist slogan: "Our own way to socialism".
The path to socialism was, is and always will be, by its very nature, an internationalist path, the world proletarian path to world socialism and world communism.
And it is the Comintern (SH), and no one else in the world, that shows us this internationalist proletarian path, the path of the socialist world revolution towards world socialism and world communism.

[ In answer to some Polish comrades. However, this does not only concern Poland alone, but of course, also China in regard of our year campaign. In our book: "Declaration of War against Maoism" (completed in four chapters http://ciml.250x.com/to/declaration_of_war_on_maoists_1_2_3_4.pdf), there is also a special chapter about the so called "new democracy".
