So like, I know I said I was going to finish my this book last year, buuuuuuut life and school got in the way, soooooo........ Here we are!

I was fully prepared to start writing to remaining chapters, but I forgot what I had planned, so I had to sit and try to remember. Then I had to find the motivation to write again.

THIS IS WHY IT IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO HAVE AN OUTLINE WHEN WRITING SO YOU DON'T FORGET!!!

Having ADHD is so aggy! Especially when in school! I'm supposed to be paying attention in class but no, I get the motivation to write, so then I start writing when I should be listening to my professor.

If I pass this semester at all, it will be a miracle, I swear!

Anyways, I'm going to try REALLY hard to finish this book so I can fully give my attention to its sequel.

Again, I don't really know if I'm truly talking to anyone, the views I see could just be from me looking at my own story. But, if I have anyone that's been truly rocking with me, I'm sorry you've been waiting this long, and thank you for following along all this time!

On to the story.

Cereza's POV

We continued answering questions for maybe another 20 minutes before Dad cut it off.

"Alright, thank you everyone! No further questions!" He announced.

Some of the reporters were bummed out they couldn't ask anymore question, but I don't think I could have said any more about myself, plus I have a ball to get to.

Dad held his arm out for me and I grabbed on as we made our way to the ballroom, Mom on the other side of me. "You did incredible Princess." He said.

"Thank you Daddy, I was really nervous. Um, that reporter that questioned Mom, watch him. It's just something about the way he was speaking, I didn't like his tone. It sounded accusatory." I said.

He definitely trying to accuse Mom, maybe even me, of something. I don't care if he apologized.

"Noted. I don't know if he intends to attend the ball, regardless, would you like me to ask the guards to escort him out?" Dad asked.

"Mmm, I don't know if that's necessary, but I want eyes on him. For all we know, he could be legitimately sorry, but you never know." I said.

"Alright, I'll inform the guards. Now, let's focus on what happens next. Before we enter the ballroom, we'll be introduced together, then there are a number of people you are required to meet." He said.

I felt my nerves wind tight again. If they wind any tighter, my limbs are going to twist off my body.

Dad continued. "Nobles, friends of the royal family, princes. Under usual circumstances, those princes would be potential suitors for future marriage, but that's only if you didn't have a fiancé or husband by the time you are supposed to take the throne. We don't really do that anymore since it's not necessary to have two people to rule. Lucky for you, you already have a boyfriend." He said.

"If you ever try to marry me off to some guy I don't know for the sake of the patriarchy, I'm offing myself." I said.

Mom's hand flung out and smacked me on the arm. "Cereza!" She exclaimed.
