Okay so those who have read "Her Unexpected Life," this is basically the same story but a lot has changed.
This book is now not a "winxclub" type book anymore. Writing the book has been easier now that the winx aren't involved anymore. Although the will be winx-like characters/outfits.
I'm sorry I couldn't keep up with the book but writer's block is a curse from Satan.
If there are any questions as to why I discontinued the previous book, go ahead and ask me, writer's block wasn't the only reason.
And I know there were like almost 400 people reading this book and I'm happy that many people were reading it. I'm sorry I have to switch it up on y'all but I hope you'll enjoy this new storyline. (That's if you choose to read it.)
You will see a lot of the same dialogue but I suggest you read through the chapters as they are posted, because like I said there are lots of changes.
But without further ado, I present the new and improved "Her Unexpected Life."
_________________________________________________________Cereza was in her room looking through her old diary. She did that sometimes to remind herself of the crazy things she wrote in it.
"Not I was kind of emotional as a kid!" She thought.
When you're a kid, you don't really realize that some of the things that you thought were a big deal, weren't actually a big deal.
But as a kid, you don't really have emotional intelligence the same way a teen or an adult would, so can you really blame yourself? And even then, people can have moments where they feel intense emotion and react dramatically.
However, in Cereza's case, she was being dramatic at the time.
Cereza started to laugh at something she had written three years ago, when her mother knocked on her door.
"Hey, you need to-, You didn't unpack yet!?" Her mother asked.
"Sorry, I was reminiscing my childhood. I saw some old photo albums and started looking through them." Cereza said before opening up a box and beginning to unpack some stuff.
They had recently moved to Los Angeles, California after living in Sacramento, well... all of her life. She was able to still go to her high school since now she lived closer to it.
Weird right? After unpacking a box, she went back to reading her diary. She started flipping through the pages when a picture fell out.
She looked at the picture. It was a picture of her and a little boy that looked, maybe a year older than her. Still confused about who the boy was, she turned it over to find the words:
"Cereza and Jason Best Friends Forever!" Cereza: 6, Jason: 7. 12/25/2004.
Christmas Day huh?
"My birthday......" She thought. The handwriting was neat, so it couldn't have been hers, she was too young to write something that neat.
"Jason." She said out loud. It sounded familiar, she was trying to remember him, but couldn't. You'd think that she'd remember someone she spent her birthday with. Clearly this is someone close enough that her mother saved a physical picture of and put in their photo album, but no. Nothing comes to mind. Cereza walked out her room and headed for the stairs.
"Hey Mom!" She exclaimed running down the stairs.
"What?" Her mom asked.
"Who's this boy?" Cereza asked holding the picture up.
Her mom smiled and said, "Wow Cereza, you're slow." She said.
"Why am I slow?" Cereza asked.
"You really mean to tell me you don't remember your best friend in the whole wide world." Her mother asked using her arms to emphasize "whole wide world."
