Cereza's POV
There was straight silence for 5 minutes.
Elder Magnus stood up. "A relative of Valor is wreaking havoc, AND YOU DIDN'T INFORM US IMMEDIATELY!?" He yelled.
I flinched and looked at Belle.
My parents stood up immediately. "Hold on now! Let's not do that!" Mom yelled.
"Watch yourself Elder." Dad threatened.
"I-I'm sorry! I-It's not like-, I d-didn't know tha-" I stuttered before Elder Magnus interrupts me.
"You didn't know? How could you possibly not know?" He asked.
Belle stood up. "Elder Magnus, you'll have to forgive-" She tried to say before Magnus interrupts her.
"You hush your mouth young lady! You will speak when spoken to!" He yelled. Belle shut her mouth immediately.
Now wait just a damn minute! You got me fucked up talking to my friend like that! "Hey! Don't talk to her like that! I actually did try to tell you all, but-" I say before being interrupted.
"You will not speak to me that way-"
"Elder Magnus, you will watch how you address my niece!" Aunt Roxi yelled pointing at him.
What the fuck is his problem?
"I'm sorry! I understand that this is a serious matter, but I did try to tell you all! However, there was a bit of a distraction, and we may have forgotten our objective...." I said twisting my fingers nervously.
We were going to tell the Elders what was happening, but a lot happened that day! I met my dad for the first time, Mom ran away, I fainted, I tried to move a cup and almost got crushed. So, yeah, I guess we all kind of forgot what we originally came for that day.
"This is a very serious matter, how could you not know to come to your Elders?" Balder asked.
"I'm sorry, but legitimately did not know! I was born and raised on Earth, I've only known I was a fairy for a little less than a year now, and I've only been to the Magic Realm a handful of times. It's not like this is a thought I have everyday!" I exclaimed.
"You're a fairy, and you didn't think about something like this?" Magnus asked.
"I- What- I just-," I was scrambling for something to say because I really wanted to say, "Did you not just hear what I just said? That is completely beside the point right now!"
Like can we get off the subject of "why not sooner" and move on to "what is our next course of action?"
"You'll have to forgive me, but this is all still relatively new to me. Why are you focusing on when I told you instead of hearing what I'm asking for?" I asked.
"Why are you just now addressing a very serious matter?" He asked.
"Elder Magnus, I will not tell you again! Watch how you address my niece! That is the Princess of Sparks you're talking to! Show her some grace!" Aunt Roxi yelled.
"You watch yourself Elder Roxianne! This is just as much your fault ask it is her's!" Elder Magnus yelled.
Aunt Roxi's jaw dropped. "My fault?!" She exclaimed.
"You knew this entire time, this whole time, you should have been the first person to tell us!" He yelled.
"While I admit, you aren't exactly wrong that I should have said something sooner, how long do you think I've known? Cereza was raised on Earth, she's only just finding out about the in and out's of the Magic Realm! She doesn't know what we know!" Aunt Roxi yelled.
