Back at the cottage it was time to think about dinner. Determined to enjoy themselves to the fullest, Beth and Viv decided to go to the store together to get the ingredients for delicious homemade sushi. Their favorite. Their love for Japanese food grows every time they devour the stuffed seaweed leaves. Of course it couldn't be otherwise, with those wonderful memories of the first time they ate sushi together.

Despite it being their favorite, it wasn't until the ninth date that they first ate sushi together. Sure, they've eaten sushi together before, but never like this, never in this situation, never together, only in the presence of teammates and certainly not with the chemistry that currently exists between them.

Despite the fact that they thought they had gotten over the awkwardness that the first two dates had brought, some awkwardness came up again during that ninth date. A different atmosphere than the others, a little less relaxed, as if something was about to happen.

Viv didn't know anything, was eating quietly and saw that awkward grin on Beth's face every now and then. Beth knew more of course and often got an awkward smile from Viv in return. This was the evening, this was the moment Beth was going to ask the question. She had to, knowing that Viv had taken all the other steps. She wanted to so badly, knowing that she has dreamed so often about the moment she will share her first photo with Viv on Instagram. She has to do it now, knowing that every second that Viv is not officially her girlfriend is one too long.

She had asked the question, just as they had both finished their food, just as there was an awkward silence. Then Beth was there. 'Vivi, I love you so much. I never thought I would say this to you. Especially never thought I would ask you this. But now I can't help it and I can't imagine my life without you by my side. Vivi, will you be my girlfriend?'.

Viv had looked at her, full of amazement, she had not been able to say anything at that moment, she had to give it a place first. She hoped that she did not scare Beth off with her silence, that it did not come across as if she was doubting whether she should say yes. Of course there was no other answer than yes possible. This Beth Mead, in that immensely short time, had brought out a completely different Viv. A Viv, who Viv herself wants to be. A Viv, who Viv herself did not even know she could be this version of herself.

And then, after what seemed like hours, there was Viv's redeeming answer. 'Of course I want to be your girlfriend, liefie'.

'Ready to go?', Beth asked, her hand already on the doorknob. 'Yeah, almost. Let me just tie up my hair.' Beth stood there, staring at Viv. She threw her still slightly wet hair back with a big swing, causing her neck muscles to become very visible. Beth took in the sight of Viv's muscles, which slowly showed themselves with every movement she made, causing her to dream away in Viv's beauty.

Viv caught her staring. 'You okay over there sweetheart?'. A huge smirk appeared on Beth's face. 'More than okay. Just enjoying what I'm seeing'. Viv laughed and resumed making her bun. She deliberately left a few hairs out of her bun, knowing that Beth loved that.

'I'm done now,' Viv said when she saw in the mirror that she could be pleased with the result. "No, no, no, no. Not this hairstyle."  Viv's hairstyle that Beth knew she could barely control, her body working hard to hold back the impulses, her body trying to keep her legs from giving out under her. Her self-control trying to keep her from jumping all over Viv and going all out on her.
