After Sunghoon and Emily's joyride, he finally brought her home.

"Thank you for the drive, it was very needed. " She said.

"You're welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed it, if you want, we can go for more sometime soon, just let me know. " Sunghoon said.

She smiled.

"Why thank you, I will most definitely let you know. " She added.

He smiled.

Emily sighed as she sat down on her doorsteps as she looked into the dark night sky, and stared at the stars.

Sunghoon sat down next to her.

"You seriously gonna be okay? " He added.

"Yeah, I think so, I hope so. " She said.

"Well, my advice may not be the greatest, but take this as a step to start fresh, relive your life sorta thing. " He added.

She smiled at him.

"Thank you Sunghoon, I really appreciate it, and your advice is quite the help if I say so myself. " She said.

He chuckled.

"Ehh, it could use some work. " He added.

She giggled.

"Have your parents been helpful at least? " He added.

"Yeah they have, it's been hard on my mom too, she really loved Yejun, he was like a son to her, I don't know, it's all just mixed feelings right now, a whole 7 years just down the drain, and what's worse is, he doesn't even seem to care, he's put no effort in talking it out with me, and no effort in trying to fix things, I just can't believe, the one person who I truly thought showed me the way of life can just be so nonexistence you know, it seems like none of it even mattered to him. " She said.

"Some peope are just assholes Em, and sadly, some people just don't care anymore, and that's something you can't fix, but I truly believe you do deserve so much better than that. " He added.

She smiled once more.

"Yeah, I think I'm starting to realize that now too..." Emily added.

"Well good, change is always better, you'll get through it, it might be a rough start, but you can do anything if you put your mind to it, it'll pass within time, I promise you that. " He said.

"Wow look at that, you're already getting better at your advice Mr. Park. " She said.

"Oh shut up. " He said as he playfully pushed her.

She laughed.

"How's staying with your parents been? Hard? " He added.

"Honestly, it's been good, I miss living alone though, don't get me wrong I love my parents like crazy, but living on your own is just better it's so much more space and so much more freedom. " She added.

"I agree with you there, but why did you let him keep the apartment? " He said.

"A parting gift I guess, I mean he found it first anyway, so I guess it's fair. " She said.

"Well, if you ever need an apartment hunting buddy, I know a few good neighborhoods, I mean you can always just move into the same complex as Kaira, I know they always have vacant apartments for rent, so you guys could be closer. " He said.

"Yeah, but there's already so many students there, I would love to be away from school and not near it. " She said.

"That's why Jay and I didn't move there. " He said.

"Good choice. " She said.

He smiled.

"I mean if you want, Heeseung and Jake have been trying to get us all a house, I can see if we could get him to let you live with us too, you'd be closer to us, your best friends, and of course Kaira. " He said.

She laughed.

"I might actually take your offer up on that. " She said.

"Yeah, I think it's a good idea, I'll try to talk to him, I'm sure he would be down. " Sunghoon said.

"Thanks Hoonie. " She said.

"I got you. " He said.

"What time is it? " She said.

"Uh, 11:30. " He added.

"Geez, 11:30, time goes by so fast. " She said.

"Talking will do that for sure. " He said.

She smiled.

"I should probably go back inside though. " She said.

"Yeah, I should head home too, I gotta study for my upcoming physics test. " He said.

"Bleh, Physics, gross. " She said.

"Ugh, I know. " He said.

"Well, thank you for the lovely chat, and the wonderful joyride, and my charger of course. " She said.

"Yeah of course, and Em, don't beat yourself up, none of this was ever you fault, just hang in there. " Sunghoon added.

"Thank you Sunghoon, really. " She said.

"No worries at all. " He said.

"Do you wanna hug? " She added.

"Yeah why not. " He said.

Emily hugged him.

Sunghoon hugged her back.

"Well good night, and thank you again, and I'll see you at 11 on Saturday, I'm looking forward to it. " She said.

"Me too, get a good night's sleep. " He said.

"Oh, I most definitely will, text me when you get home, yeah ? " She said before going inside.

"Will do, good night Emily. " He said.

"Good night Hoonie. " She said as she waved one last good bye.

Emily went back inside.

Sunghoon stood outside and smiled before heading to his car.

He got in his car and left shortly after.

Emily peeked through her front door window as she watched Sunghoon drive off, she couldn't help but let out a smile.

Maybe Hoonie wasn't so bad after all...

And she was most-definitely looking forward too seeing him on Saturday....

Emily shut her living room lights off and headed upstairs to her room to sleep peacefully for the night.

She suddenly started to feel whole again, and it was all thanks to Sunghoon.
