As soon as you made it home it began to rain, you and Heeseung ran up the stairs towards his apartment drenched in water.

When you got home you took off your jacket and began to laugh.

"You're laughing? " He said wiping the water out of his hair.

You just kept on giggling.

"What's so funny? " He said with a smile.

"Why was that actually so refreshing? " You finally said.

"Oh was it now? You want some more? " He said walking over to lift you up.

"Heeseung! Put me down! " You said.

"No can do kiddo. " He said.

"Heeseung! " You said trying to wiggle out of his grip.

"What? Did you say something? There's too much water in my ears, I've seemed to have lost my hearing? " He said.

"Where are you taking me! " You said.

"You'll see! " He said carrying you all the way back outside.

"Ugh! Heeseung! You know how embarrassing you look, carrying me like this ? " You said.

"So? " He said.

"Put me down Hee! " You said.

"Nope! " He added.

"HEESEUNG! " You said.

"This rainy day is temporary! " He said as he began to sing.

"Don't ignore me! " You said.

He kept on singing.

"The contrast is why we got em' " He continued to say.

"Heeseung! " You said.

He finally put you down.

"Cause sun shining through, is just a cloud away way way way way way. " He finally said booping your noise.

You were mesmerized by his voice.

"Wow, that was beautiful Heeseung. " You said.

He smiled.

"Thank you. " He said.

"You know ? That's the first time I've ever heard you sing. " You said.

"Really? " He said.

"Yes really, you've never sang in front of my before. " You said.

"Weird? I guess I've gotten more comfortable around you then. " He said.

You smiled.

"Comfortable enough to sing for me again? " You said.

"What? No. " He said.

"Please! " You said.

"Kaira. " He said.

"What? You already did it? You can do it again. " You said.

"No, you heard a little, that's all you get missy. " He said.

"Ugh fine. " You said sitting down on the curb.

He came and joined you.

"Ugh, to be rain. " You said looking at the rain.

"Out of all the things you can be in this world, you decided to choose rain? " He said.

"Yeah, why not, it gets to come and go as it pleases, it doesn't have to worry about anything, but watering plants and grass, and it makes people happy, well most of the time, and it can just come and go whenever it chooses too, and it's silent. " You said touching the rain with your hand.

"And it's beautiful. " You said showing him your had full of water.

"Well, it's not silent all the time. " He said.

"That's true. " You said looking over at him.

"Rain, it is then. " He said.

"Hm? " You said.

"Rain it is then, because if it makes you happy, then it makes me happy. " He said.

You smiled at him.

You guys sat outside just a little longer.

"Alright up. " He said standing in front of you with his hands out.

You looked up at him.

"What are we doing? " You said.

"You'll see, come on, up. " He said grabbing your hands as he picked you up.

"Heeseung. " You said finally getting up.

"M'lady, may I have this dance? " He said.

"What? " You said with a giggle.

"May I have this dance? " He said with a big smile on his face.

You played along.

"You may. " You said taking his hand.

He smiled as he brought you closer into the street.

You danced around in the street.

You giggled as he spun you around a couple times.

He stopped and moved you closer.

"Oh? " You said looking at his eyes.

You automatically became nervous.

"Whenever you feel like this, I want you to know, no matter what ever happens to us, I will always be with you. " He said.

"And whenever you don't feel vulnerable, or don't feel confident, or don't feel anything at all, I want you to remember just how special you are, I would not be able to be happy without you, you've changed me in so many ways I never realized I could change in, you've given me hope, you've given me love, and most of all you've given me happiness. " He added.

"How I feel about you, How I care for you, or how I love you will never change, you can completely give up on us, and I will still love you, Kaira, just remember that please. " He said.

You began to feel emotional as you looked him in the eyes, he had no clue, no idea, what was about to happen, but you had to do it because you loved him, he deserved better, he needed better, you and him were never meant for each other, or at least, you weren't meant for him, you weren't meant for either of them.

All you could say was thank you.

"Thank you. " You said.

He smiled.

"Let's go home. " He said.

You smiled as he took your hand and walked in front of you, you following him from behind.

Although today sucked big time, you were grateful you got to spend the rest of the night with him, everything seemed so much easier around him, and you were beyond grateful for that, and you were gonna miss it so much.

You both headed back home.
