A/N:
Guys I'm acc so sorry for the constant disappearances, I'm really struggling with motivation and stuff at the minute but I promise I've been writing I've just not uploaded any cos I know I can do better and I don't want to give you bad content.
This was a request, you and Matt are dating, and in this one, you've never celebrated your birthday before, and it's the first year of you dating Matt so he doesn't know, enjoy!

"Y/n, wake up" you feel a light shake to your shoulders disrupting your sleep as you open your groggy eyes to see Matt hovering above you.
Replying in an incoherent, sleepy mumble, you weakly push him off but he quickly pulls you to sit up, "wake up baby".

After adjusting to the light, you open your eyes again
"what?" You stretch as you stare at his excited expression, wanting to know why he felt the need to wake you up.
"Happy birthday!" He hugs you and you're immediately taken aback but you reciprocate the gesture, "uh... thanks".

"Come on!" Matt tries to pull you out of bed and you reluctantly let him
"Where are we going?" You ask with a groan, but he doesn't answer, he instead just pulls a blindfold out from his hoodie pocket, "you trust me?" He looks at you pleadingly and you give him a confused nod as you allow him to tie it around your head.

You reach for his hand for support and he takes it, wrapping his other around your waist as he leads you through the halls, "right we're gonna go down the stairs now. We're gonna take it slow and I've got you, okay?"
You're instantly a little nervous but you push it aside and nod, tightening your grip on him for support as he talks you through getting downstairs.

Finally, you come to a stop and he takes off the blindfold to reveal Chris and Nick sat in the living room surrounded by presents, saying a cheerful "happy birthday!" . As you look around your eyes begin to well up, you've never had anything like this before, nobody's ever given you anything for your birthday.
Matt notices your tears and looks at you concerned, putting a hand on your arm "you okay?"

You quickly wipe your eyes and nod before admitting "I've never celebrated my birthday before".
The brothers all give you a sympathetic smile as Matt keeps his arm around your waist, "well you are now. You deserve it sweetheart, this is gonna be your best birthday ever I promise" he says softly as he leads you to sit down on the floor where the presents are.

"Uhh... where do I start?" You ask as you cross your legs and look around at all of the presents.
"Here, start with these" Nick hands you a gift bag and you give him a grateful smile.

After making your way through most of the presents, there's one gift bag left, Matt's. He wanted to save his for last, he said that they were "extra special" and now you got the chance to see why as you were passed the bag.
There were a few gifts like bubble bath, a dress you had wanted and a stuffed animal. As you made your way to the bottom of the bag, you found a Pandora box and Matt leaned closer, smiling as you picked it up.

After opening it you saw the most beautiful (gold or silver) heart shaped pendant you had ever seen, with small, intricate designs on the material.
Upon seeing it, you gasped in admiration "Matt, I love it, thank you so much".
He wrapped his arm around you again and persuaded you to open it and you looked inside to see a picture of you and Matt from your first date.

"Oh my god" you say smiling down at it, "I remember this day like it was yesterday. The best day ever" you laugh fondly and he places a kiss on your cheek, "I'm glad you like it." He take it out of the box and unclasps it, "May I?"

After moving your hair out of the way, you say "of course" with a warm smile and you watch as the pendant dangles in front of you before settling on your chest as he clasps it from the back.
"Perfect" Matt says as he moves to sit in front of you again, admiring your appearance before standing up.
"Where are you going?" You ask and he offers you his hand, "wherever you want birthday girl" you giggle and grab his hand, allowing him to pull you off of the floor.

You turn to face him and press a soft kiss on his lips, "what was that for?"
"Just a little thank you" you say with a little smile plastered on your face as he strokes your cheek.

That was terrible I'm going to cry. Guys I'm like 19 episodes into pretty little liars (after 3 days) so I'm gonna go binge watch it some more.
