I was woken up by someone poking my face, and I looked up and saw L. "Do you normally go in people's room and wake them up when they're half naked?" I asked, yawning. "I did not need to know the second half of that sentence, and no. I was just recently informed that you were still here instead of at school, so it looks like you're needed today." He said and I closed my eyes, burying my head in my pillow.

"What time is it?" I asked, it came out muffled. "Almost ten." He said. "Give me a few minutes to wake up. Not a morning person, you see." I sighed. "In an hour or so it won't even be considered morning." I could almost hear L rolling his eyes. "See? Not a morning person." I smirked, then sat back up.

"Should I be in my uniform?" I asked, still not opening my eyes. "No." "Kay. Now kindly remove yourself from the premises, please." I sighed and he sighed and I heard the door closed and I threw my hands over my eyes in attempt to wake up. I reached for my phone, and when my hand didn't land on it, I patted around until I found it.

I turned it on, opening my eyes and blinking away the light. "Oh shit that's bright. Shit fuck." I swore as my hurt. I went to my music and played shit as I got ready. I didn't even notice L in the corner of the room.

I went into the bathroom to change and do my hair. My makeup was in the main room, so I went out and became the inner faux queen I am. I woke myself up so I wouldn't fuck up my face, and started to work my magic.

If I had any real talent aside from stealing and being a criminal, is was makeup. When I was thirteen and found out what sexualities were and what drag queens were and what they did, I wanted to be one. Then I found out that biological females could be drag queens, they were just called faux queens. Ever since I've wanted to be a faux queen, so I had to be good at makeup and at least singing and/or dancing.

Once I was done, I tied up my dyed light purple hair. As I accessorised, I sang along with my phone. "Now I'm searching every lonely place, every corner calling out your name. Trying to find you but I just don't know, where do broken hearts go? Are you sleeping, baby, by yourself? Or are you giving it to someone else? Trying to find you but I just don't know, where do broken hearts go?" I belted out with no shame, agent fuller, no shame!

"Who's a perfectly flawless person? Fucking me. No shame, agent Fuller. No shame." I snapped. "Who's agent Fuller?" L voice said and i jumped and screamed. "Fuck! How long have you been there?" I asked. "I never left." He shrugged. "Who's agent Fuller?"

"It's a line from a movie." I laughed. "Alright. Since you've interrupted my daily confidence boost of the day, I guess I'm done here. Let's go do verbs to nouns!" I said and walked out, well, more like skipped out.

L followed me silently, and I then realised I had no clue what I was doing. "Wait, what are we doing?" I sheepishly asked L.

"There's a man we're tailing that might have information on Kira. When Light gets here, you two will go out and follow him. Study him. Find out everything you can about him." He said. "Light is coming with me?" "Yep. Don't care if you say he's your brother, boyfriend, friend, second cousin removed once, don't care. Just follow him with Light and that'll be that. The two of you will also be wearing ear pieces so we can give you instructions." He said.

Soon Light came in and I handed him an earpiece. "Come on, boyfriend! We're gonna go do fun nouns!" I said, taking his book bag, dropping it on the floor, and grabbing the sleeve on his elbow and pulled him back out.

"What are we doing?" "Tailing some dude." "Okay.... Wait, boyfriend?" "Yeah, had to be us together. I was about to go with brother, but you don't look like me, and boyfriend just sells easier. Friend is way too casual. And there's no way that second cousin once removed would go. Cough cough Ryuzaki cough cough." I said. "It was just a suggestion." L's voice said in my earpiece.

"Okay. Come on." Light said, holding his hand out to me. I just stared at it. "Couples hold hands." He said and I placed my hand in his. "What? Did you not know that?" He smirked.

"I knew that. Just didn't think about it..." I hummed. "Have you ever had a boyfriend before? Have you ever even went on a date with someone before?" Light asked. "Nope. Don't do that shit." I shook my head. "Why not?" "Way too many emotions and feelings and stuff. Honestly, it gives me a headache, so I'd rather not deal with it." I shrugged. "I like being alone, anyway." I smiled.

"So you haven't even had your first kiss yet, have you?" Light asked me. "Light Yagami, I swear to Satan if you dare so try-" "It was just a question!" "But if you dare so try I will publicly beat your ass and shatter every bone in your body before snapping your neck." I said, not even looking at him. "Alright. Got it." He said.

"Good. Now let's get ice cream!" I said, dragging him across a busy street to an ice cream vendor. "Watch where you're going!" Light yelled at me. "I am." "You ran and pulled me into oncoming traffic!" He gasped and i turned and stared at him.

"But did you die?" I asked and he just stared back at me. "See? All fun and games until someone dies. No one died, so it's still fun and games." I smiled at him before pulling him up to the stand.
