When Hisoka first woke up, it was to a pale white ceiling, a heart monitor beeping, and a TV. She groaned, slowly sitting up, noticing an IV in her arm.
"Fucking ow.... Who the hell-"
She then paused.
".... Toga! That bitch! Ugh! ¡Voy a matarla! (I'm going to kill her!)"
She then glanced over at the TV in her room, snatching a remote off the stand next to her, turning it up.
"- and with Stain once again captured, thanks to the assistance of U.A. student and his daughter, Hisoka Chihara, the man is once again behind bars."
Huh. So they lost Toga.... Fuck.
"Hisoka!" A voice yelled.
Hisoka let out a yelp as Tenya pulled her into a bone crushing huh, letting out a hiss.
"Tenya, I love you, but I am still very sore...." She managed to get out.
"Oh! Apologies!" He responded, chopping his hand.
"Hey, kid." Tensei waved, walking in. "Sorry I took so long, just.... Stairs."
"What about them?" Hisoka asked.
"You just.... Don't realize how nice it is to be able to walk until you can't. So, yes, stairs. Never taking them for granted ever again."
Hisoka snickered, wincing slightly. She placed a hand on her side, glancing up at Tenya.
"What happened?" She asked.
Tenya let out a sigh, before responding "After you came and saved me, Hanabi, and Riki.... You were stabbed. The one who did it, Himiko Toga, ran off before the heroes could catch her. Stain himself was barely alive when we got there.... Good news is, since you saved us, you won't be charged since it was also self defense. However.... Now everyone in Japan knows that you're Stain's daughter."
Hisoka groaned. That was exactly the kind of attention that she didn't want!
"How bad?" She questions.
This time, Tensei was the one to answer, saying "Some people have called you 'Akagura' instead of 'Chihara'. A lot of heroes have their attention on you too. Even worse, the Hero Public Safety Commission now has all eyes on your existence."
Hisoka tensed. Yes, she knew the Hero Public Safety Commission manned all of the heroes personally, and held a lot of power.... So having their attention was like a bird focusing on worm. It made her feel much smaller than she was, and she wanted to crawl away into a dark corner somewhere.
"Well, shit." She said.
"No kidding." Tenya grumbled.
Tensei glanced out the window, saying "Don't look now, but.... We got paparazzi and heroes."
Hisoka sighed. She took a deep breath, forcing her body to heal itself faster with her quirk. She then stood up, much to Tenya's surprise.
"What are you doing?!" Tenya hissed.
"Refusing to hide. Yeah, I'm an Akagura as much as I'm a Chihara. So what?" She retorted. "Tensei, I'm leaving my discharge papers to you. Let's go."
After Hisoka got changed into a better outfit (a pair of shorts Hisoka had left at Tenya's house once and one of the his hoodies), Hisoka had Tensei sign the proper forms, before stepping outside the hospital. Instantly, reporters swarmed, and she resisted the urge to growl on live television.
"Hey! Back up!" Tensei shouted at them.
"We just want a few questions!" One of the reporters insisted.
