Nomu

"The number you are calling is not in service."

"Hey, Aizawa! I just wanted to let you know that me and Izuku are probably going to get sacrificed by this nomu, and would really like some help!"

"HISOKA!"

"What?"

To be fair, Hisoka really wanted to say they'd been in worse situations. However, she was rather certain that there was nothing that could beat this. This particular nomu was a shady black color, as per usual, how-fucking-ever.... This one most certainly had a more troublesome quirk, because Izuku and Hisoka were stuck on its back, its skin like some sort of sticky trap.

Black horns were on its head, kinda like a demon (which didn't help the horrid feeling they had coming here). No extra limbs, or visible eyes, and unlike the others, this one's brain wasn't exposed.

".... This is weird, right?" Izuku asked.

"Yeah. Normally, nomu just kill you. So why is this one taking us alive?"

"You could ask."

Both teens went silent. That deep, straightforward voice, came from the nomu that held them.

"You spoke." Izuku choked out. "You're a nomu. You spoke. How is that even possible?!"

"Silence." The nomu hissed.

"You're the only nomu we've met that can talk!" Hisoka retorted.

The nomu kept walking, before releasing the two from its quirk, turning to look down at them.

"You two are annoying." It snarled. "You shouldn't be on this mountain. These are sacred grounds-"

"Yap, yap, yap." Hisoka interrupted, waving him off.

"Hisoka!" Izuku wheezed.

"All I hear is everything except what I want to hear! We're just looking for this big dumb mural about the 'Crimson Lady'!"

The nomu didn't speak for a second.

".... I was tasked with keeping this place private and protected."

"By who?" Izuku asked.

"Ah! The good doctor!" The nomu responded. It then growled, saying "You're trespassing.... And the only way you're getting any farther is in pieces."

Hisoka and Izuku both got into a fighting stance, Hisoka instinctively reaching to her back for a sword, scowling when she remembered that they'd arrived in their civilian gear.

"Guess we're doing this the old fashioned way!" She said boldly.

Before she could even take a step, the nomu dashed at her with a speed she could only describe as matching Tenya's Recipro Burst. She ducked underneath a swipe from its fist, gritting her teeth.

This was going to be harder than she thought.

*Elsewhere....*

Aizawa glanced at his phone, raising an eyebrow.

"Huh. Hisoka left me a voicemail." He said.

He pressed a button, letting it play.

"Hey, Aizawa! I just wanted to let you know that me and Izuku are probably going to get sacrificed by this nomu, and would really like some help!"

"HISOKA!" Izuku could be heard yelling in the background.

"What?"

The voicemail ended. Aizawa looked up, meeting the eyes of the other teachers.
