Sitting in the Hero Public Safety Commission's office, Hisoka felt like her world was ending. Her instructors and Hawks were also present in the room, both appearing all too calm. Finally, the HPSC President stepped in, taking a seat at her desk.
"You only got past the first part." She started.
"I know." Hisoka responded.
"You completely ignored your objectives."
"I know."
"Not to mention how you fought without a licence!"
Hisoka winced at that.
"All of this, in exchange.... For capturing not one, not two, but four of Japan's most wanted villains." The woman continued, her tone turning lighter. "Not only did you act quickly, but you also used your training to your advantage. No panic. No casualties. Not even a single injury besides the harm of Camie Utsushimi!"
Hisoka looked up, confused, asking "I thought you were scolding me?"
"Scolding? No, no, I just wanted to give you this personally."
She held out a card in her hand, and Hisoka's eyes widened. She quickly took it, looking over it to make sure that she wasn't going crazy.
"T- this is-"
"Your license to officially do hero work." Hawks finished, grinning. "As an added bonus, due to your training, you can also request or be assigned missions directly from the Hero Commission itself! Of course, all of these will be reviewed beforehand by yours truly to make sure they're on your skill level, but-"
"O- one moment." Hisoka said, standing up.
"We can talk about the logistics later." The HPSC President said. "Go ahead and enjoy yourself."
*Later on....*
"READ IT AND FUCKING WEEP!" Hisoka said to Katsuki, shoving the licence in his face.
"I'm going to kill you." He growled.
With this now out of the way, it was time to begin their internships.
"Hey, Tenya-"
"No." He immediately said. "We cannot work together. Not because it's you, but because I'll be too focused on protecting you."
Hisoka shrugged. That was fair. She then was approached by Shoto, the boy appearing confused.
"Chihara." He greeted. "My father wants to work with you."
Hisoka blinked. Shoto blinked back.
".... I'm almost terrified to ask why."
Shoto shrugged, saying "I believe it has something to do with being Stain's daughter. He cannot force you to do anything either, so you could always refuse."
Hisoka thought for a moment, before turning to Izuku.
"Hey, Deku." She said, stepping over to him. "I need to ask about changing my hero name...."
.
"You're really going with that as your hero name?" Izuku asked her, the two following one of their upperclassmen, Mirio Togata.
"Yep. I want to change the meaning of the name while I'm at it." Hisoka responded.
"I think taking on that name is wonderful!" Mirio declared. "Midoriya, you go in first. Sir is expecting you."
Once Izuku was out of earshot, he turned to Hisoka.
"So.... I've heard a lot about you." He said, watching her for a moment.
