The three ladies had made their way past the corridors with people greeting them with courtesy. One would be to the Queen Alicent Hightower, then to the princess of house Targaryen, and of course— to their little elegant samoyed dog named Mhaleria, who walked with them gracefully. The little foot taps on the floor with its nails are heard. Adored by the people, they couldn't help but stare in awe.It has been a while since their walk outside, and they have met themselves in the gardens. Planning to take a break, they sat down on a lonely bench where they usually do whenever they're at the gardens.
"People are loving her," Rhaenyra smiled down towards their dog who was on a leash, panting with its small tongue out
Alicent gazed at the dog as well as she sat, "Indeed,"
The breeze of the air hit them with its coldness, sending shivers to their bodies. Rhaenyra crossed her legs and leaned back on the bench comfortably in silence, watching as their dog chased for its tail— round and round, sending the women to their sniggering
"Mhaleria," the princess called as she suppressed a laugh
The queen did, too, beside her, the melodic sound of her giggle has sent the princess a pleasure, "You should teach her tricks, that one," Alicent suggested,
The princess frowned and looked at her with an amused expression, "They can do that?"
Alicent raised her brows when she met the purple eyes, "Why yes, you didn't know?"
Rhaenyra shook her head before letting out an amused laugh, "Never, no. What could they do?"
The queen shrugged beside her, crossing her arms over her chest, "When I was your age, I have seen jesters with pugs, telling them to do tricks. Sometimes they'd sit by order, bark, lay down, roll over," while the queen spats all the possible commands, Rhaenyra's eyebrows were raised, clearly amazed by the dogs capabilities
"Truly?" she asked in disbelief. With a nod from Alicent, Rhaenyra quickly looked back to Mhaleria, "Girl, sit." she commanded, but Mhaleria never even casted a glance at her.
Alicent chuckled, "It would take some time," she uncrossed her arms and leaned down slightly, "Come here, Mhaleria," she cooed, offering her hand in front.
The dog immediately stood up and ran towards the queen's hand. The princess raised a brow, "How come you follow the queen's order and not mine?" she squinted her eyes playfully towards the dog.
Alicent beamed a smile at the princess, "I am the Queen after all,"
The silver head rolled her eyes playfully, "Yes, unfortunately so; you will always be above me,"
Alicent brushed her fingers on Mhaleria's chin, "Doesn't Syrax do tricks for you Targaryens? I think every dragon does,"
Rhaenyra smirked, leaning back on the bench, "I don't think it's called tricks. But they do only follow the term Dracarys from their claimers,"
Somehow, the word Dracarys that rolled out perfectly from Rhaenyra's tongue has sent the queen to her shivers, she ignored this nonetheless and broke their eye contact. "I do know it's because since their blood runs through us, these dragons understand the High Valyrian." the princess added, crossing her legs and letting the upper leg swung back and forth.
"Well.. I do admire the language." Alicent cleared her throat before sitting straight.
"Kirimvose," the princess replied
