Hello everyone! Welcome to another chapter of Uta's Idol! WIth Uta's training done and out of the way, everyone has two more days to get everything else ready before the big fight at Onigashima! Let's see what everyone is doing and how they will prep for the upcoming raid! I don't own One Piece.
After fighting with Denjiro, Uta and Echo headed over to Ebisu Town to meet up with their Rave who went ahead to locate their allies. With Uta badly injured, walking would've taken a bit too long. So to solve this issue, Uta rode on Echo's horse.
"Hey, do you have any idea what Pitch and the guys might be up to?" Echo asked Uta as she led the horse by the rein. "I know there's about two days left until the big day, but what could they be up to?"
"Who knows?" Uta said as she eats some salted jerky to get her strength back up. "Knowing the boss, I bet he has it all figured out. Let's just worry about what we have to do."
Uta and Echo eventually arrived in Ebisu Town, but they found it a bit emptier than usual. Uta could sense that many of the villagers were gone and that their allies were nowhere in the vicinity.
"Hmm, maybe they relocated." Uta said as she looked around, but to no avail. "I guess they had to move."
"That's not good for us." Echo sighs. "Where do we go now?"
"Oh! You guys got here fast." Rave said as she appeared from behind the corner. holding the lead of her red stag. "Pretty good timing actually."
"I bet you got information on where the alliance is, right?" Uta asked, hitting the nail on the head.
"Yeah, one of the town elders informed me that the samurai have all relocated to a spot in Kuri." Rave answered. "Apparently, they and several other villagers left because they didn't want to stick too close to Flower Capital. Especially after the death of Yasuie."
"It's good that everyone is staying safe." Echo said, relieved to know where everyone is. "Do you know where this spot in Kuri is?"
"I've got it written down on this map and it should only take us a few hours to reach there." Rave answered as she hops on her deer. "We should be able to get there before the sun sets."
With a new destination set, the three of them headed off to the region of Kuri. The first hour of the trip to Kuri was going smoothly, but once the group made their way to the rugged terrain of Udon, they were forced to slow down. Due to the heavy trotting of Echo's horse, Uta was feeling immense pain and aches as she was shaken up and down.
"I wonder how everyone's doing." Echo wondered out loud as she and Uta rode together by horseback. "I hope they are efficient."
"I'm sure they are." Rave said as her stag moved next to them. "Hey, Uta, do you know anything about our allies during your training?"
"I saw Franosuke and Usohachi fixing up some ships back in Tokage Port." Uta answered, trying to ignore the pain. "However, I didn't get to stay long and we didn't talk too much about the plan."
"Uhh, are you doing alright over there?" Rave asked, a bit concerned for Uta's health. "Do you want some water or something?"
"I'm fine." Uta said as she tried to hide her pain. "Let's just talk about something else, yeah?"
"How do you think Luffy is doing with his training?" Echo asked Uta. "Do you think he mastered ryou by now?"
"If it's him, I'm sure he got it down by now." Uta confidently answered. "I just hope he isn't in the same state as me."
Just as Uta said this, Echo's horse trots over a rock and this causes Uta to clutch her shoulder in pain. Echo was about to slow the steed down, but Uta shook her head as she wanted to make sure that the three of them could get to their destination soon.
