I thought after leaving Joong's life, Dunk would have a peaceful life but he couldn't. A few days passed after settling down at a job in a small province in Chiang Mai, Dunk sat and browsed the news for a bit. During the past few days, calling Phuwin, Dunk learned that he was about to meet Pond again through Joong. Everything would still be normal if Lemin would forgive him.

Dunk left Aydin and no longer had much to do with them. Lewando also found Pond's address but they refused to leave Dunk alone. Lemin discovered that Joong had recently secretly searched for Dunk's whereabouts. He guessed that Dunk was an important person in restoring Pond's health, so he tried every way to capture him to take advantage of him.

Dunk was surfing the news on his phone when a call interrupted the screen, it was an unknown number. He immediately pressed the decline button, but the person on the other end of the line still persisted in bothering him. At first, Dunk thought it was Joong calling.
The noise of the phone ringtone made him angrily pick up the phone and scream loudly.

"Why do you keep bothering me! Stop calling!"

Dunk was just about to take the phone away from his ear when he...

He heard a smile, this laugh was not Joong's but it was very rude, and he knew who this person was.

"Lemin, why are you calling me?"

(Nothing, just wondering why you're hiding from Joong Archen)

"How did you know I was hiding from him?"

Lemin burst out laughing again, he began to mentally spank him, and his eyes turned to a subordinate sitting in front of the computer screen, his phone was connected to this computer by a wire

(You don't need to be so miserable, come back to me, I'll help you avoid him completely)

Lemin raised his voice, the flat tone of people who love beauty. He fondly looked at his hand that had just been removed from the bandage, a scar was there, as if signaling that he had to take revenge for daring to cut a knife.

"No need, if you have a grudge against Aydin, go to them. Don't come, I've already cut off contact with them."

Dunk's voice was deep. He was about to press the button to hang up the phone again, but had to stop. Lemin on the other side coldly blurted out a sentence.

(You think if you escape from Aydin, everything will be okay? You think it's too simple, I've rarely seen anyone leave Aydin and come back alive)

"What do you know?"

Lemin laughed, the wild smile of someone playing a game, he looked at the chart screen flashing a red dot, located in a remote area in Chiang Mai. Lemin lowered his voice and once again uttered a sentence that seemed to mock Dunk

(Good luck, because you also need to escape from me right now. Dunk Natachai, we'll meet again soon)

Three beeps rang out after Dunk heard
him finish his sentence, Lemin arbitrarily disconnected the connection. Dunk sat in the middle of the living room, his hand clutching the phone tightly, his eyes staring blankly because his mind was busy thinking about what Lemin had just said. Since when are you so dangerous, Lemin wants to capture me, what is the purpose?

The uneasiness in his heart made Dunk no longer in the mood to think about lunch. He took off his jacket, threw it on the chair, and got himself a glass of water to drink to ease his fear. Even though he've escaped all this way, he's still being targeted. Dunk sighed softly, he went up to his room to rest for his afternoon's work.
