CH 66 - NEW JOBS

Outside the door, Lemin saw Fourth's small figure immediately smiled and approached, like a person waiting for a long time to meet again, his eyes showed a smile.

"Fourth!"

Lemin called out his name, Fourth was wiping a small table and looked up.

"Brother, you came to buy cake?"

Fourth smiled slightly, although he had just experienced pain, but he did not dare to show it. Lemin nodded

"Can I sit and eat?"

Fourth laughed, letting Lemin choose a small table before sitting down, after receiving the request, Fourth returned to Lemin's cake counter.

Putting the plate of cake on the table, Fourth ran out of work, so he sat down and talked with Lemin a couple of sentences

"Fourth, why didn't you reply when I texted you yesterday?"

"Ah, my phone is lost"

Fourth lied, he couldn't find any more excuses for automatically leaving his phone in Gemini's house.

"What did you text me about?"

"I just bought some good books at the store, do you want them? Yesterday I texted you to ask, but you know, there was no response."

LeMin smiled, he looked into Fourth's eyes as if he wanted to guess his mood, it looked like he was filled with an unspeakable sadness. LeMin saw that he was silent so he asked

"What's wrong? Can I confide in you?"

Fourth raised his sad eyes to look at LeMin, feeling the sincerity from him and also starting to wonder in his heart. His difficulties had not been resolved so Fourth felt sad, wondering if he should tell him or not. LeMin still looked at Fourth with those reassuring eyes. Fourth looked at him, finally softening his voice

"I just lost my job, I'm currently looking for a job"

LeMin was clearly surprised when he saw Fourth's story. His mood also began to become sad, with a bit of regret and sympathy.

"So have you found it yet? Actually, my store is also short of staff, do you want to come work?"

Fourth raised his sad face to look at LeMin, his seriousness made Fourth feel like he had a little hope.

"Really...really?"

"Can I come to work tomorrow?"

"Okay, do you have a place to sleep yet?"

"I slept at Cin's shop."

"Is it too bad, do you need me to find it?"

"Isn't it inconvenient? Do you need me to find a house for you?"

"No need, you gave me a job, that's very lucky."

LeMin smiled, he nodded and said it was okay, these past few days he had little contact with Fourth, he felt like he missed his younger brother very much, now that Fourth is back to work for his store, he will definitely help him. After chatting for a while, LeMin left the store, and Fourth returned to work.

After helping Cin clean up the store, it was already late afternoon. She stayed home and cooked Fourth some delicious food. She was afraid he wouldn't eat, so she sat at the store and watched Fourth. Fourth silently shook his head in frustration, this person was like his older sister, taking care of him no matter what made him feel very warm.
